Good evening my beloved steemians, 1 day ago I just saw the publication of a contest from the @steem-database account with the theme "How many people have you invited to Steemit in the last 6 months?''. I think this is an interesting contest, because in this contest we as participants are asked to discuss the progress of Steemit over the last 6 months. Based on the written contest theme I will attach a number of users that I have invited to Steemit. Then I feel very happy to be one of the contestants to take part in this best contest
As an Indonesian Promoter, I am obligated to promote and spread Steemit in my daily life and even invite all of them to join this global and best platform. During the last 6 months I have taken concrete actions which I have invited a number of people to join Steemit, most of whom are my own friends. Through this post I will make a direct report about the action.
Real Action
So far I have helped and guided newcomers to the Steemit World. Especially now that we have an organization that is engaged in the development of steemit. By bringing friends outside the organization to join, of course one day we will grow along with the organization. Because every organization needs additional members to develop it just like our organization needs additional members to Spread and Promote Steemit.

Promotion and Mentoring Method
Basically I use a method that is generally used by many people, including Seminars, Wearing Steem T-shirts at Festivals, Talking or explaining face to face. Then regarding mentoring I usually teach newcomers to make Achievement Tasks, Teach them how to make posts, use hashtags, layout images according to descriptions, nice and neat writing so that they are easy to read and most importantly you have to join the #club5050 program, #club75 , #club100 by Power UP.
Training “Learn With Steem”
This training was created from the idea of an initiative of a friend in the organization and then received the blessing and support of @ponpase and @pojan as the founders. Therefore, we hold weekly meetings, more precisely on the weekends with the theme of the Learn With Steem Go Around to Cafe and Resto activity in a different place and atmosphere. At this meeting we opened a massive educational space and invited other users to join without exception. This is an interesting educational concept, because the participants not only get knowledge about Steemit but they also get different sensations, Refreshing is the term. Promoting Steemit
In terms of promoting steemit for me it is an easy thing. I promote steemit I can do while on vacation, promote steemit at a charity event and by wearing Steem t-shirts. Regarding a special place and time, I don't think this is necessary because promoting steemit can be done at any time without knowing the time and place. Promoting Steemit every day is very exciting and fun, not to mention we invite people who are financially concerned, the reason is because they are here to increase their own finances.
