I Have Placed My Order For My Promo-Steem ID

Just as members of a particular association need an ID in order to be recognized in their respective places such as countries and town. For example countries have the passport, national ID, drivers license and many forms of Identity cards that are also carried along with them anytime they move out for their daily activities so that it will help the prove their membership to who ever asks them too. First of all i would like to thank @awuahbenjamin who set up this great and wonderful initiative of creating a promo-steem ID for us all. This was something that we needed as a proof to show that we indeed belonged to steemit. Thanks to the hardworking Ghanaian promoters @mcsamm and @nattybongo who also just didnt sit on the initiative brought forth by @awuahbenjamin but made necessary arrangement to make this become a reality for us all.

I was able to add my name to the list of interested members who wished to have this ID. I really love the design of the ID. In the ID there are 3 sections, that's your username, your steemit page link and a QR code scan. This is basically all the things needed to prove your identity. In our quest of promoting steem to people out there we have encountered many people ask us to show them proof of how it works and the reliability of it. Just like @mcsamm said in his post that the promo-steem ID is expected to serve as a powerful tool for marketing the steem blockchain wherever we are found. This is so true in a sense that one might go to a function with the intention of promoting steem to members present but he or she will luck either a flyer or a promo shirt which will make it very difficult for him or her to spread the word of steem. But with the introduction of the new promo-steem ID cards, one can be able to add them to his or her wallet which can be taken anywhere and anytime. This will just be used to show people that we belong to it and confirm that it is not scam or any form of fraudulent scheme.

I end by urging all my fellow steemians who have taken it upon themselves to promote steem to people to try and get themselves the new IDs created.
