Today' s the First Day of "STEEM BUNS". STEEM BUNS are handmade steamed buns using a special steamer.

This was a special recipe that was invented by my mom who is a professional cook. Steem buns are large steam buns stuffed with meat, onion and spices. The meat and onion is an ideal combination that is normally appreciated by vast majority of people. But we plan to have vegan buns as well.

I've had to try and prepare several different versions of STEEM BUNS before approving this recipe as the classy one.

The dough is very fluffy and airy! The dough is done with flour, water, salt and east.

Today we made the first batch of " STEEM BUNS" - 50 pc.

The taste was better than we expected. All the people who tried really enjoyed them.
