Finally, Bangladeshi active Steemit users on Discord planned the 9th radio show yesterday. The radio show's host was @msharif, the first representative of Bangladesh, and his co-host was @ripon0630. It began at precisely 9:00 p.m., or 3:00 a.m. UTC, Bangladesh time.
All of the active members of Bangladesh were personally sent the show invitation link before the event began. The radio broadcast is thereafter gradually attended by all of the users. Some individuals could not join us due to unforeseen circumstances, but they promised to join us on the next radio broadcast.

I am extremely happy to see how interested Bangladeshi users are in Steemit. I was overjoyed to see how friendly everyone was. For the benefit of all users, our CR held a discussion on all the most recent projects, club status, post quality, plagiarism, and their future plans. They discussed every issue that the users had and promised to find solutions.

Like every time, our CR has made an effort to motivate our Bangladeshi users to promote Steem. They pushed us to work on several initiatives. They have spoken to everyone to see how and whether this platform may be pushed through any work. Because we constantly aim to promote this platform in various settings, including social media and locally.
Everyone was informed of the policies and assistance available for Bangladeshi users. Current guidelines are lacking for many Bangladeshi consumers. In order to help Bangladeshis, our country's representatives have decided to establish a new Bangladeshi community and make efforts to keep involvement in it.
Everyone is encouraged to increase their own steem power. Everyone was informed that one may boost their capacity through this. Due to the fact that those that like this platform and wish to advance with it should become more powerful and discuss these topics with everyone. We also exhort everyone to join a club, particularly clubs 75 and 100.
We discussed the Steem Engagement Challenge with everyone. Please continue posting frequently since the fourth edition will shortly be released. And we discussed boosting engagement with everyone.
All users in Bangladesh were informed of the STEEM and SBD ratio problems by our honorable CR @msharif, who also attempted to educate them. When are the SBD and STEEM amounts and percentages distributed? They will be aware of the percentages of SBD and STEEM they will receive for each of our posts.
Finally, I want to urge all Bangladeshi users to make an effort to join the upcoming Steemgrowth online gathering. We'll talk about essential topics and make an effort to plan some entertainment. To conclude, I would want to thank everyone for being here today.

Thanks for giving me the guideline. I wanted to make the post on Steem Bangladesh but I didn't get enough response and reach if I posted there. At present , users are not getting good support as there are no competent admins/mods to run the Steem Bangladesh community. So we need such a official community to represent Bangladesh in front of this novel platform.
In Steem Bangladesh community, the previous community account was powered down, and some admin and mods were using voting bots a few days ago, which is very bad. Besides, the users of Steem Bangladesh are posting actively, but their posts lack quality.
So yesterday's radio show I informed the current CRs about the problems. Our two current CRs @msharif &@ripon0630 are very helpful and sincere. I trust them. Everyone trust them.They have a lot of experience and expertise in building up a community.
So after thinking about all these things, we want to make a new community with all the active Bangladeshi steemians where we will provide every types of help and proper instructions about all the current projects of steemit like burnsteem, club status, powering up, engagement challenge etc.
Our CR said that they has been trying hard to contact steemit team to discuss about opening a new community from Bangladesh. I think it would be the best decision to put the responsibility on them. I request to the Steemit team to give a decision on opening a new community of our CRs.

Try to understand and don't end with the past. Don't relate everything in a gloomy direction. Everyone has pasts, it's not mean that everything has ended and rotten badly. We have no connection with the previous country representatives. So everything is new, fresh and growth are in progress. We have some circumstances, we admit that and we are trying our best to guide everyone, trying to connect everyone but we need time. We try to guide our fellow steemians through comments and announcements. As a Bangladeshi you @mrsokal can also guide our members. Everyone is learning and trying to grow the quality of their posts. We have two new country representatives but you guys are active in the foreign communities. As a Bangladeshi representative, you also have to guide Bangladeshi users. I am inviting our existing Country Representatives @msharif and @ripon0630 to work with us. We need your co-operation, I can assure you that if we work together we can grow our community again. I hope that dear @steemcurator01 will encourage us and guide us if we work together.

Sir our @Steem-Bangladesh community is running with new and old members. One thing is that the new members don't have much time to work. They post according to the Community Rules. Now they are not able to create good quality posts in short time for new members. They are asked to create posts between 250-300 words. Yet they make the same mistakes. Now the question is if we do not provide support to their posts, how will they be motivated to work and how will their enthusiasm increase. And those who are old members are constantly able to create good quality posts. Produces good quality posts from their many days of work experience.
But our community had earlier @toufiq777 @boss75 @tarpan, @abuahmad, @rex-sumon CR. They have all worked efficiently. They led the community by guiding everyone on the right path. Currently they have all stopped working with Powerdown. All of us who are working now are new. Our admin @sohanurrahman has delegated his 5000 steem to the community account. Besides, we two moderators have delegated all our power. Our members. Everyone is with the community by doing their little steem delegation We give equal vote to all members with community accounts. Now we are moving forward with this community entirely on our own initiative. In such a situation, if the current Bangladeshi CRs are on our side. Then we can take our community to a better level.
We are guiding our community members like us Now if CR guides the members in their own way then it would be good for us. There are many new members who are posting in foreign communities instead of posting in Bangladesh community. It is not our failure. We support everyone who posts here from our community account.
Now if Bangladeshi Cr stays with our community by delegation then we can be much stronger. I can give this community something good in the future.
