I believe most people will side with me when i say that change it an unavoidable circumstance, perhaps the only constant factor that exist in this world and i everything we do. The blockchain has undergone lots and lots of changes over the years new ones are here and more will still be coming.

What do i want to say? What i am saying is that it is pertinent that as a steemian and promoter you stay ahead of the times, of the recent events and keep up that you may not be left behind. Here are some of the things happening now on the blockchain and in our various communities join the trend and grow.

Communities are the future, it is said that where unity abides there is strength and the higher the number the stronger the group. This concur with the idea of community development which has been the focus of the steemit team since the upturn of events and integration of the tron blockchain etc.

Through communities we have a support system for each and everyone one of us, in local setting we are easily recognized within our own niche and are able to obtain the necessary support from our hardworks. This is one of the many purposes for community development.

But as promoters and as steemians we have a role to play to ensure the success and growth together and this brings me to the various programs, shows, challenges etc that are been brought in to play day in day out by our hardworking promoters, community leaders, steemit team etc.

As i said we have a part to play towards community development and these include our participation and activeness in all activities organize by our communities. Currently we have lots of contest running including the recently introduced contest by msharif towards powering up and joining of club5050.

Yes i know writing may not be as easy for some as it may be for others and yes i know powering up may be also difficult for others as compared to some others but as i said in the love of unity and growth towards community development, we all have our parts to play.

It is incumbent on all of us as steemians, promoters and members of this community to partake in radiotalkshows hosted by our country promoters to keep us update with the latest happenings and also provide a platform to share knowledge experience and also bring your petitions before them to be forwarded to other leaders.

You cannot do it alone and neither can they do it alone. But through team work we can achieve much, this i can testify to because i have worked with many and have seen how effective a team can be when we work together.
