Hello dear promo-steem community members and friends, trust you are all doing well? My shoutout promotion was wonderful as I was able to sign up @kelechukwu, I guided him and @cajazi to write achievement 1 &2, I as well went out for promotion and encouraged my recruits to consider investment in steem.

STEEMIT PROMOTION

It is a wonderful thing to be able to promote steem in various ways. Thankfully, we always have those who are ready and willing to join steemit and embrace steemit.

MY POWERUP

First, I promoted steem to myself by powering up 441.525 steem from my last week earnings. This shows my confidence in steem and the projects it is regularly initiating. Below is the screenshot of my piwerup

This brought my club status to 83.7% and this means I am still in club75

MY PROMOTION TO OTHERS

I was chatted by @kelechukwu who said that my causine told him about steemit. He said I should explain to him. I did the explanation and I gave him some information about steemit from the frequently asked questions to read and get back to me which he did. He was soon ready to join steemit. I gave hime the link for him to sign up on his own. He did but got stock along the way. The screenshots of our chat will reveal what he told me

The guy will always tell you, it's complicated, am confused, it's difficult. So it took time to really assist him and finally, he has written achievement 1 and 2.

• Next was the @cajazi, the newbie I recruited last week was willing to write introduction post. Like @kelechukwu, I also guided him step by step and he was able to do so. He wrote both achievement 1 and 2. It was almost the same time I was putting @kelechukwu through on his own.

Each individual has different abilities and learning capabilities different from others. I try to treat each one according to his or her capability. Well, the result is obviously positive.

These 2 are just few of many others I am guiding online but I will like to stop at that

I WENT OUT TO VISIT @OCHREAL AND @HANNYBANNY

Yes, I and @benton3, @ubongudofot, @goodybest and @benson6 went to Idongesit Nkanga SECRETARIAT to visit our recruits there and to remind them about the investment they said they will make in steem.

We first visited @hannybanny who sells goods at the Secretariat plaza. We asked how she was doing. She said lack of electricity in her area has limited what she does in steemit. We encouraged her to try and charge her phone at her market place since there are those who on their gen there for business. We showed her what else she can write about apart from just diary game. @goodybest suggested to her about writing in steem entrepreneur community and told her how she can write it. She was so happy and promised to do so

• Next, we visited @ochreal and colleagues in the office. They were busy in the office as they had a report to make that the deadline was almost over. However, they gave us attention as we discussed about cryptos and the behaviors of each exchange platforms. He is already into cryptos but @benton3 and @goodybest helped him to learn more. We encouraged him to invest in steem. He asked if he can buy from the exchange platforms he uses and transfer direct to his steemit wallet, we told him yes and explained how he can do it. He said he will surely do that after he is done with his report. Hopefully, he will. He listened to the benefits if investing in steem and holding it in his steemit wallet. He liked it so much. @ochreal is in the pictures below

I also spoke a colleague of his that we met at his office. We had not seen him before and so I shared the opportunity with him. He asked his friend @ochreal and learned that his friend joined already. He became interested but was soon called by their boss. He said he will learn more from @ochreal but that we can visit again by next 2 weeks.

It was a wonderful day for us. I am glad we made the decision to visit them with the little opportunity we got.

CONCLUSION
