Hello dear beautiful promo-steem community members, I am back with the feedback of my shoutout Thursday promotion. It was great. I am glad I was able to take part despite my tight schedule. My shoutout Thursday promotion started with a training of newbies at my steemit office, then shoutout to the outside world with my identity card.

FACE TO FACE TRAINING AT THE STEEMIT OFFICE

There was a training of some newbies in the steemit office here in my city where we trained 3 newbies who where having difficulties writing their achievement 3 post. They had done there achievement 2 but they still need more explanations on how to move on with their other achievement posts.

The 3 of them were at the same stage though 1 had written achievement 2 long ago and didn't know how else to proceed. Well, I was busy with work so @benton3 and @goodybest helped out with the training. They helped them understand how to proceed and even mentioned club5050 to them. @benson6 @eliany and @adylinah helped out with some explainations. They also assisted them join curation trail.

They became very curious and wanted to know more about club5050. Well, I was a little less busy then and I helped out with it. I also told them the benefits of joining even though they were newbies.

I narrated my journey to them about how I didn't cash out any steem when I joined Steemit until after 6 months. I told them the price of steem when I joined steemit, that it was at 68 naira in my local currency and then, I told myself that I am still learning. Let me learn and understand first before cashing out.

They were greatly touched and we're so excited that they all powered up the little earnings they have got since they joined. I told them to make posts with it and show that they have joined.

The third person had a little challenge at the moment but he will also complete his own power up soon. I am glad that these ones got the point and took action. I told them that they have started building their future. If steem should go up now, they will still benefit.

Advocating club5050 has been my major task lately. I just hope everyone will grab it and then join for our benefit. We later took pictures and they departed

RECEIVING A SURPRISE GIFT- STEEMIT CALENDAR FROM @UBONGUDOFOT

I was done with the training and the newbies left. Guess who came in? It was @ubongudofot who had designed a steemit calendar for me. Wow, I couldn't believe my eyes, he had already printed it out. He came to present it to me as my 4× dolphin 🐬🐬🐬🐬 gift and to congratulate me for attaining that height.

I as so happy and I also encouraged him to be more active and consistent. He will also get there someday. It wasn't by chance, anyone can still get there with more efforts and support from the curators. I am grateful to him for being so thoughtful of this. I will hang the calendar in the office there. It will make huge impact on.

MY SHOUTOUT THURSDAY PROMOTION WITH MY IDENTITY CARD

Today, after the training, I gave out the identity card to those present, the are @benton3 @benson6 @adylinah @goodybest, @chichieze had collected hers yesterday.

So we went out for promotion, I wore my own. It gave us a corporate look as we were admired along the way.

We distributed fliers and promoted steem to those we met at the location

I appreciate @adylinah for being able to take pictures of me during the shout out. We dismissed after we were done and ate noodles at the location. We had told these vendors that they need to sign up and write and their food they prepare or their food diary game. They were thrilled to hear that and they promised to sign up either on their own or when we repeat the call.
