Greetings everyone,
Today I was invited to the lumier media studio which is doing really well when it comes to campus promo for a free photoshoot in the studio. I was honored when @massachussets messaged me about this and asked if I was available for a session with them. I was very glad about this opportunity but I wasn't around at the moment so we had to reschedule.
Actually, I have been following this media project for sometime now and have been helping to promote it in the community. The core ideology behind it is great as it would help to boost the presence of steem in the region.
Steem is accepted here as a form of payment which is great and I have seen some great promo ads such as our steem ghana sensitization videos which was shot in the studio.
Lumier has also given steemians the opportunity to get a free photoshoot in groups to also aid in the awareness program of the studio.
I can actually see this being a very sustainable project for steemit in the country since it is being run by active and dedicated steemians like @massachusetts, @farhmade, @alhajubabajnr and all its other workers including the photographer (@speedphotograhy) have been introduced to the ecosystem.
I am very optimistic that in the long run, it can have a great impact in the acknowledgement of steem in the media world and solidify it's position as a means of payments.
