First of all you will go at this website www.steemworld.org. And then you have to sign in your account with your private posting key.
After that, you will click on the dashboard option. And then you will click on the delegate option.
After that, you will click on the delegate option A popup menu will show. Then you will type the amount that wants to delegate and also type the community name in which you want to delegate.
