After days of tireless effort to come up with the best designs for my Steemit fliers and Tshirts, I've finally printed them out and am ready to hit the Ugandan streets and create awareness of Steemit.

Fliers

I had to look for someone who could design for me a flier I had initially sketched out. All the graphic designers I approached were expensive to afford, so I looked for an old friend who completed studies at the same University as me while offering Industrial Art. He requested for Ush20,000 which is $5.67, way below what the graphic designers I approached requested for.
This is the design we came up with finally.

I took this file to a printer and printed it on A3 papers used for printing fliers. I printed out 40 copies, each costing USh1000 to make it Ush40000, which is $11.35. Each copy contains 4 fliers to cut out, so in total I’ll be having 160 fliers to give out.

TShirts

After working on the fliers, I talked to the same guy to work on the TShirts I would be using in my promos. He told me I only needed a screen with the words I wanted on the TShirt on it. This would help cut on the cost of the labour. So he designed a screen for me with the steemit logo and the word Steemit on it. This cost me Ush50,000 which is $14.19.

With the screen, I only had to get paint and the Tshirts to print on. I got paint and 3 Tshirts, costing me Ushs70,000 in total, which is $19.86.
I printed the words on a white Tshirt.

After that, I hang the Tshirt for 10 minutes in the sun, then placed a light cloth on it so the words can be visible, and Ironed it, directing the heat to the words mainly.

After this I removed the light cloth and reironed the Tshirt.

My Steemit Tshirt was now ready.

Everything cost me roughly $51.

Armed with fliers and dressed in a Steemit look, I'll be hitting the streets to show people what they are missing on internet.. Steemit. The best chance they have got to earn from blogging.
