Friends of @PromoSteem, @teukuipul87 again posted a learn with steem activity with a steemean friend @zulbahri which took place in a coffee shop in the center of Nisam District. Again I post this post through the great community @PromoSteem

The longer I become a steemean the more I realize that it is not enough to do steemit alone. Because the rules and changes are being made by the #steemit team and the community, we must master it so as not to miss information that can cause harm to ourselves. Because all of us don't want to be tired of making posts, in the end, we don't get curation from the community, especially from the #steemit team.

For example, recently the admin of the steem.sea community urges all participants who make posts to be required to write a country tag, for example #indonesia. If we don't consult with senior steemeans at least once a week, automatically we will definitely miss information, especially if there are steemeans who are lazy to open and read posts from admins and the community.

Our learn with steem activity that night discussed several communities supported by the #steemit team with the requirements outlined by the #steemit team itself. As for now I know that the @PromoSteem community for November does not have curation support from the #steemit team with a large community, and only has support from the @booming team. But it is possible that the big #steemit team also provides curation to steemeans who meet the requirements as a bonus for every post that is presented.

Our next Learn with Steem also discusses the issue of delegation. Which delegation is also allowed in #steemit to help the community in curating each post of the steemeans according to the amount of steem power they provide. The more steem power we delegate to the community, the more the community will curate their posts. But the community still provides curation of a post even though the steemean does not delegate its steem power.

The discussion that followed also led to the tagging of #club5050 #club75 and #club100. Which we are allowed to tag one of the three or all of them as long as our #steemit account meets the requirements like affixing the tag. If you don't meet the requirements, the tag is strictly prohibited by the #steemit team, as well as the community.

However, problems often arise, where a steemean person has reached the level of #club5050 #club75 and even #club100 but the #steemit team has never provided curation support for their posts. I also had time to ask my friend @zulbahri why is that...?

According to him, indeed not all accounts that already have enough of these conditions get a guarantee of curation from the #steemit team. Even if they get support, it means that it is a bonus for the efforts of someone who has become their livelihood. Meanwhile we also don't give up on all this and always follow the directions and rules of the #steemit team for mutual comfort in steemit now and in the future.

Friends of @PromoSteem that's our short lear with steem on this occasion, hopefully it will be of benefit to all of us as well as to all of our readers. It should also be a consideration for the #steemit team as well as the community to support and give the best advice to us steemeans, especially for me personally as a steemean who is still very lacking in any aspect.
