Greetings steemean friends

Friends of @PromoSteem on the occasion of this evening Thursday, February 25, 2022 at around 19 and 30 minutes West Indonesia Time which is located in a room where the Bilal Mosque lives. I met another steemean whose participation in the #steemit platform has been very rare lately. A steemean is @munawar0

In that short time, I again asked about his active participation in various communities on this great platform. Because I see and open every post that he presents. But it's been almost two weeks he no longer makes any posts. That's what made me ask what the hell made him do that.

A few months ago I also invited him to be active again in #steemit. But my invitation a few months ago received a positive response from him. This he proved that after a few days I invited him, he made another post again. But this time he was getting lazy and reluctant to make and present his post.

After I asked him for information, all of which made him feel a little lazy to make a post because of the lack of support in the form of votes that he received for the hard work he presented for the post. Such as posting a diary, it takes quite a lot of time to be able to present just a post. However, the value he receives is not commensurate with the hard work he has given, so that is the reason why he is not actively contributing at this time.

This also applies to myself, where every diary post that I usually present once a day, now I reduce it to two days to present a post. The value of the votes from the #steemit team and the community is minimal for the effort and hard work that I give.

Even so, I will always give the best for the community and the #steemit team. Because I also hear a lot of complaints from other steemeans, for now #steemit is not as easy and delicious as years ago. The lack of vote value is the main cause for some steemeans to feel lazy.

Consultation and exchange of opinions about #steemit we discuss further. We also become a little jealous seeing other friends who always get support from the #steemit team with a large community. What makes us less excited is that they are the only people who always have the full support of the #steemit team with a large community. While our accounts have reached levels 60 to 62, our steem power is quite large, but we have not received support from the #steemit team with a large community. I don't even know where and what's wrong with our #steemit account.

We finished learning with our steem when the clock showed 20 and 30 minutes, where we immediately performed the Isha prayer and then returned to our respective homes.

Friends of @PromoSteem that's our short lear with steem on this occasion, and it's not that I'm complaining about what I've been living with #steemit right now. I will always give my best for the #steemit community and team as best I can. Hopefully this post will be useful for me personally as well as for all my readers. It should also be a consideration for the #steemit team as well as the community to support and give the best advice to me as a steemean who still really needs direction and guidance.
