•How are you all?I hope so everyone will be fine by the grace of Allah Almighty. I am also fine and enjoying the good health and posting again after sometime or after some days because I was quite busy in my work.There was too much load of my work at me. so I was busy that's why I was not posting from some days.
•Today I am going to write tech-diary. As I have already told that I am quite busy from many days and still I am busy so I was just making my assignment so using technology using my mobile phone for this purpose so I decided to write in article about it that what I was using.
•Today I was making assignment of my one subject which is behaviour sciences basically I want to tell you that in behaviour sciences about which things you read.

•Behaviour science is a quite interesting subject and our teacher give us an assignment about the topic.(GAS)
•GAS stands for general adaptation syndrome.
•Basically general adaptation syndrome will be when you are in a form of stress or when you are in a stressful situation.I want to tell you the three stages. I come to know when I was making my assignment and I want to share with you guys also that what are the three changes involve in the general adaptation syndrome.
| Eustress | it's a kind of positive stress which compel you to complete your work has a no negative effect on your health. |

| Distress | Distress is a kind of negative stress and it lead towards exhaustion. |
| Exhaustion | Exhaustion is a last stage.In this stage you will become exhaust and it leads towards the mental and physical health problems also. |
•After the completion of assignment the next step is to submit the assignment so I decided to submit it just after making.
•First I click on the upload this file option and then you can see in the above screenshot that you can see file attachment option click on the file attachment and select the file that you want to attach to be submitted.
•Finally I selected my file that I converted into a PDF.Basically I have to submit my assignment in the form of PDF so I first make my assignment at the word and then converting to the PDF form in then submit it.
