By working against what your body wants. Learn to control your body and not the other way round.

It is all about determination our physical body might be too heavy but we to subject ourselves to physical fitness because it keeps us healthy and maintain our daily strength .

Sounds strange to me
I think the only way to avoid laziness is constantly working out/doing exercise whether persuasively or forcefully,whichever way...making your whole system adapt to this new way of living.
Once this is achieved, laziness would be a thing of the past because if exercising becomes your everyday routine you would eventually be accustomed to it and you would never feel reluctant to exercise.

My opinion though

By simple determination and avoiding procrastinating. Tell yourself am going to exercise and when the time comes, stand up go else you'd never be able to do anything.

It seems our body doesn't want to do anything but eat and sleep🙄
