I would choose Canada over the other two options due to an increase of skilled workers needed, job opportunities and life quality shown on social media and documentaries, because Canada is a country that a lot of people around the world choose to migrate to, this makes Canada a diversely rich country with lots of languages, cultures, mindsets and that less likely will promote racism, antisemitism and discrimination
