Hi @mm-writes,

You can enjoy being alone if you enjoy your own company. If you don't then it simply means you find your own self a bad company.

Learn to love your self and you will automatically enjoy your own company. Then you can be alone but will never feel lonely.

There are a ton of articles and Youtube videos on how to enjoy your own company. Listen to as may as possible critically and you will find the answer.
