WHAT'S YOUR TAKE ON GIRL CHILD?

It bothers me when I see some family not wishing to give birth to a girl child. Some husband even divorce their wife base on this issue and even go to the extent of getting married to another lady because the first wife couldn't give him a boy.

I have seen some home not putting effort to raise their girl child in school, because it is seen as a waste of money. It baffles me so much.

Does this mean a girl child isn't as relevant as a boy child?

The girl - Child is as necessary as the male's . God ( Nature) designed one to complement and complete the other . This account for the meeting of both sexes to produce after their kinds !

In the economic and social fronts , women are as intelligent and useful as men in all spheres of life .

Angela Makel of Germany is a woman ; Okonjo Iweala of WTO ,a Nigerian is a woman .

Women has travelled to space with fellow men . There are as many fale scientists as the men in the contemporary world .

Women has not and will never become less important in the scheme of necessities !

Hi @mesopat,

Engagement with the other members of the community through upvotes, commenting, re-steeming and social media sharing is crucial for the community to survive and thrive.

If every member is interested in only posting questions without engaging the other community members then the well wishers of this community who don't participate in the community except casting their votes may cease to do so and look for other communities where there is engagement. We urge you to start engaging.

For starters you may want to follow ask.steem curation trail (https://worldofxpilar.com/dash.php?trail=ask.steem&i=1) to automate your upvotes for the community.

This community has greater potential than non-reward based AskReddit which has more than 30 million members. In that sense our reward-based community can become the largest community on Steem, if we act in concert for the good of the community.

You can be the harbinger of that hope.
