It is difficult to be absolutely objective, however hard you may try. That is because we are inherently influenced by a myriad of things from the time we are born: caste, color, creed, nationality, religion, family, education and more. All of these color our perception and warp our thinking. Thus we never see things as they really are. We are inherently biased and prejudiced creatures. Only the degree of bias and prejudice varies among us.
One of the main functions of spirituality (don't confuse it with religion and its many guises claiming to be spirituality) is to wipe clean the slate and make you 'pure'. Few among us have achieved that state in the past. If history is a guide, only a few among us will achieve that in the future.
Meanwhile, we will continue with our quest for the best in this and that.
Who do you think is the best: Female Bosses or Male Bosses?
Share your thoughts.
How true! To be aware that we are a biased and prejudiced creature is itself a good start and is a prerequisite for self reflection and self-improvement.

Yes that is right, @fit.zone. Awareness is fundamental to spiritual growth.
