The possibility of China / USA engaging in a full blown war is very remote but not Impossible!
If such ever happened , who will definitely win the war ??
Can the United States defeat China??
How soon would this occurs ?? Months , Years or Decades ??

Under President Xi Jinping, China is becoming extremely belligerent against its neighbors and its trading partners, engaging in either territorial disputes or trade disputes. China's ambitions are anything but benign.
To feed its population and to grow economically China has a voracious appetite for raw materials like coal, iron ore and other materials for which it has be depend on other countries. To secure its future (and only its future) China has been buying these materials from other countries and exporting value added goods by copying foreign intellectual property and designs and has been gaining tremendous economic advantage. At the same time, to gain control over the resources of these countries with which it has dealings, China has been debt trapping them by offering loans for dubious projects. Leaders of poor countries and developing countries who are standing on shaking political grounds and who are corrupt becomes ready takers of these loans to advance their own selfish ambitions. China has been taking advantage this weakness of these leaders to control them with their debt trap policy.
Many of these countries are now wising up to China's treacherous ambitions. Countries in the G7, India, Australia are among these countries.
If China continues with their current belligerence, it will be only a matter of time for thing to boil over very fast. Therefore although a full blown war is remote, it can come to fruition very quickly. If that happens, it will be China Vs the World and not China Vs U.S.A kind of war.

I have gained much more insight into the subject matter.
But in the event of a war, other belligerent nations like Iran, NK etc would pitch tent with China !

Iran and North Korea are countries that are struggling with their economy. Countries that are economically weak should be the last countries to pitch tent with China. But they would, out of sheer necessity and obligation to China, as long as their current leaders continue in power.
Iran is already ripe for a regime change as its citizenry is getting agitated with their current economic predicament and is rising up with civil disobedience.
As for North Korea everything is under wrap. Nobody knows what is happening on the ground as their state controlled media dishes out only skewed news in favor of the regime. Your guess will be as good as mine.
These countries have nuclear capabilities but would be extremely careful to deploy them because doing so would be mutually destructive. In such a scenario, they have more to lose than the other nuclear armed countries which are economically far better off or less dependent on other countries than these three countries.
You left out Pakistan. They are in no better position than Iran.
