Introducing myself again for CWU Recipe Book

Hey this is @pandamama - very excited to see this new development for the people of Steem. Thank you @blocktrades for your very informative post on the solution for us and for giving us "Hive"

For quite a while @offoodandart and I have been talking about creating an ebook with all the wonderful recipes that have been provided by our @cookwithus community. This is the opening we have been waiting for and thank you @merej99 for including us in CWU Recipe Book.

I rent out two rooms in my apartment in Cyprus and spend most of my spare time on Steemit and Whaleshares. At the moment because of the Corona Virus my bookings have been cancelled which is a bit of a worry but I believe all will come right soon enough. In the past I was a social media manager to several artists - one of them being my daughter Eden Michelle aka EGGSTA

Are you predominantly a baker, cook, or food fan/eater?

I believe I am all of those - mostly an eater - just kidding but I do love my food and especially sweet things - sad to say

What is your signature dish or dessert?

if I go by my family's recommendation you could say "lamb" dishes are my speciality
On the dessert side, I have many favourites but the all-time favourite is definitely cheesecake - pavlova comes in a close second

So that's a little about me. Looking forward to hearing about some of you other food fans. Roll in the recipes!!

Tonight I had my son and daughter in law over for dinner - Lee and Katia

Bought a nice piece of Australian Beef which I seared in a frying pan with olive oil.
Fried onions in the same pan. Added both to my slow cooker
Added some carrots and leeks and 2 chicken stock cubes
Added half a small bottle of rose wine

Cooked for 7 hours and then added some flour to thicken the gravy.

Served with peas and some crusty french loaf

The kids loved it .

Tomorrow night I am repeating this recipe for my other son Jack and his wife Lesley my other daughter in law.

Will try to take some better photographs tomorrow evening.
