💀 Diablo 2: Fresh Ladder Cold Sorc - Some Tower Runs❄️

We're back to streaming some more Diablo 2. Yesterday I grinded a bit further when the stream ended until I got to Duriel. However, having cold skills and a mercenary without decent damag, and defensive stats really made it mission impossible. So not wanting to have to constantly revive and res my merc - losing all my gold in the process - I've decided to just call it quits and gear up my merc the next day (tomorrow).

So we're going to do a few tower runs in Act 1 until we got 3 tal runes. Having 3 tal runes in our Act 2 mercenary's weapon means it will be he's main weapon until we get a weapon in which we've the Insight rune word, so basically all of normal difficulty. The reason why it's the perfect weapon until we reach Nightmare is beceause of Poison immunity, Only Andariel has poison immunity and since "Andy" is the first act's boss she's no threat to us anymore.

Another fun thing is that Diablo 2's 22 Nights of Terror Holiday Event. This event gives a fun modifier everyday for 22 days. Today's modifier is a 250%(!) additional magic find, which is is a crazy high amount. Since we're still in normal difficulty we'll probably won't find any BIS (though some are theoretically possible if we grind far enough today), but it'll be fun to see what drops. Perhaps a Gull dagger comes our way, which I like to have in my second weapon slot for the MF bonus.
