Hello great steemians of @steembetterlife community. It's a pleasure to make this entry for another edition of "contest environment" that is well organized by @klen.civil which aimed on;

Seeing the persistence of steemian in protecting the environment against global warming that has occurred so far. Which is also a reference material for the world smile project in developing a framework to contribute to a better environment in the future.Source

Environment is where we can find both living and non-living things. As humans, we have to protect the environment against the bad effects of natural disasters. Well, in my country, we have two seasons which are the dry and wet (raining) season. This period is the dry season, which has bad effects on plants. In other words, the soil is dry and plants rarely survive in this season.
Most people don't plant this period because they don't want to go through that stress of watering the plants. I will be sharing my activities in my yard.
From the pictures below, you can see different types of fruits and vegetables.

• Cucumber
• Pumpkin
• Pineapple
• Quava
• Sugar cane

I do the work of watering these plants morning and evening ( since it's a family garden, anyone can actually help out to water).
By watering these plants, important nutrients are being transported to them which makes them grow well. Since water is vital for life, it's makes these plants to survive in harsh environment or during bad season.

Plant needs water to enable them grow well and I've observed that watering these plants everyday has made them grow and produce bountifully.
