Relationships formed on the journey have been a highlight. Mentors, colleagues, and friends have taught me lessons, celebrated successes, and been there in the tough times. Those relationships have added depth to this journey.
Every experience has helped clarify my sense of purpose. Knowing what drives me has added meaning to the pursuit of work and personal goals and has made me want to grow and contribute more.

I would say that I'm pretty organized; I plan and structure tasks to keep me up with my responsibilities. I use calendars, task lists, and reminders to keep track of time. Probably being organized keeps me focused and ready to handle a large number of tasks without feeling overwhelmed.
It would also be important to have my workspace and digital files organized while setting clear goals and ensuring that I break them into manageable steps to track my work and adjust when necessary to stay on the right course to meet set deadlines and objectives.
Altogether, organization was a really good part of my ability to be productive, such as managing your time better and having the feeling in control of things.
My career plan would involve progressive building of expertise through the development of leadership qualities and finally, through taking up a position where I am able to drive impact-creating projects and innovations. In the first phase, I intend to get better technical knowledge and hand-in-hand experience in my area while working across different functions of the industry to understand a holistic perspective of it.
I am going to make a big contribution in this role: applying my skills, always being proactive about learning and taking on new challenges which push my limits. Commitment to collaborate effectively as a team player, opportunity to solve problems creatively with the help of my fellow team members, and keeping myself up-to-date.
This is a key step in my plan towards added values to the team by becoming more versatile and adaptable and showing initiative in all that needs to be done.
Amongst my hidden talents, is creative writing. From having started as a hobby to what it has now proved to be for me-that is, developing unique aspects of seeing things and thus further polishing my communication skills-this remains one of my favorites because I love creating short little stories or reflecting on everyday occurrences.
I've also learned much about empathy and picking up on details in ways that often help me now in both personal and professional life. It helped see things from different people's perspectives and connect to them through their experiences. However, I do not normally share my writing. But since it is something that sparks passion within me, it also makes me enjoy myself immensely when I have some space to explore it.
