Today, I will participate in a nice and important contest in the Steem for Betterlife Community titled "Street Culinary: Delicious Haleem with Beef Patty". Thanks to honourable admin @irawandedy sir for organizing a beautiful contest.

Street Food

Street food is food that is sold on the side of the road, on the pavement, or in temporary shops. Street food is prepared and served very quickly. These street foods are of good quality and available at low prices. As a result, people of all classes can eat according to their means. Street foods are Burgers, Pizza, Haleem, Chicken Fries, Pasta etc.

Haleem

Today I ate street food, its name is Haleem. Haleem is a popular and delicious food for me. Especially when beef mutton is used with haleem, the flavour is doubled. Halim is prepared by cutting beef/chicken into small pieces, mixing pulses such as Mughal, maskalai dal, chana dal, etc., along with a little polao rice mixture, besides spices such as onion, garlic, ginger, gur masala, etc. Served with onion paste, cucumber, green chillies, coriander leaves etc. After all the preparation, Haleem is a delicious and popular dish for everyone.

Street food is usually sold in roadside colonies, sidewalks, makeshift shops or vehicles. Our Bangladesh street food is very common and popular. So they are available all over the country for easy availability to everyone. My street food today is Halim, which is on a roadside in front of Bikrampur Plaza in a place called Jurain in Dhaka city. They carry and prepare these foods in small cars. They have gas cylinders and stoves in their cars because these foods are produced in small quantities and need to be heated occasionally.

Review of street food

As bad as the name street food sounds, the quality of their food is the opposite. We think that big restaurants produce only good food, but that is not true at all. The street food is of high standard, as they prepare hot food and serve it beautifully. Foods are stored in glass in their stores so there is no chance of contamination. Moreover, the special aspect is that their dishes are prepared instantly. I always find street food to be quality and delicious. But it is not applicable in all cases, some shops do not have quality food, so we have to look and hear before eating. One of the advantages of street food is that it is cheap and can be consumed by all classes of people.
