The diary game || 17-03-2024 || the disappointment I had in working place

Hello Steemians,

How are you guys doing today? I hope things are booming fine with you guys? If that is true, then we give God the glory.

All Glory goes to the most high God because he is the reason why you and I are alive once again, so I will never take this opportunity for granted because many are dead by now, others are in the hospital and others are in the mutuary but we are alive today once again.

Despite the fact that we are passing through one thing or the other today we give all the glory to God just as he has commanded us to give him thanks always despite the conditions we find ourselves presently .

This is why I am also giving thanks to God despite the disappointment I experienced at my place of work today.

I woke up very early in the morning as early as 3:30am, and ever since I woke up I was thinking throughout till 6:00am without having any minute of sleep till I stood up finally.

My thoughts all this while are linked to the disappointment I had today that made me so annoyed and uncomfortable with everything today.

My disappointment

I was in my place of work yesterday around 4pm I heard a call from my supervisor that I should come over to his side, so I went there immediately and I saw the general manager besides him .

So the general manager said to me that I should go and take my bag and move with them to the other location that they want me to work now, I asked him why was he changing me from there? He said I should obey the command.

I tried to convince him to leave me there but he was so hardened and refused to listen to me so I decided to pick up my thing and left with him.

When we arrived the new location, the asked me to come down for the car that this is the place, before then, I knew that location to be a very bad location which they oppress the operatives very well with alot of wicked and unnecessary rules and regulations.

So the general manager took me to the supervisor of the location and asked him to document me, after the documentation the manager said I should call him tomorrow if I am not interested in the place.

So I submitted my phone and my bags and went into the supermarket which is the new location, but I discovered the more that I could not bear to work in that place at all.

Is a place that operatives must stand from 8:30 to 8pm and you are allowed go out once in a day for your break for only ten minutes, so after we finish work for that yesterday, I was so tired till this morning.

So I decided to complain the the supervisor of the location that I could not bear it any longer and he told me to call the manager, so when I called the manager he shouted at me that I must continue the work there.

I complained further but he refused to listen to me, so I decided to go to the rest room and pick my bag and go home because I cannot continue in the oppression with the poor salary they are paying me.

When I arrived the junction the road was scanty so I waited for about 30 minutes before a vehicle could come because today is Sunday.

So by the grace of God finally a vehicle came and I entered into it, I didn't mind the high price they mentioned because there was no alternative on my side .

So I encouraged my self despite the the heart break and disappointment because the down fall of a man is not the end of his life rather a stepping stone to greater hight.

I am no longer worried because my God that I serve will provide another job better than that one for me.
