Hello to all my friends I am sure you all are fine I am also well and energetic.Today I am very happy to participate my favourite contest that is Street Culinary.STEEM FOR BETTER LIFE COMMUNITY Learn about my countrys street food and other friends food through the Street Culinary Competition which was organized by our most respected Admin sir @irawandedy . I think that this is an important competition for all of us. My favorite street food is Namak Mandi Street Food .

So let's go to start my favourite post,

. Street culinary in the Peshawar is a vibrant and the delicious experience that reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the region. Here are some highlights:

Chapli Kebab:
One of the most famous street foods is chapli kebabs that are spicy or flat and that fried meat patties made from minced beef and mutton mixed with spices or tomatoes and onions. They are usually served with the naan or paratha.

Peshawari Chai:
Also known as Kahwa this is the traditional green tea brewed with the cardamom or saffron and sometimes topped with the crushed nuts. It is a soothing drink especially in the cooler months.

Afghani Burger:
A popular street food that it is a sandwich filled with the kebabs or french fries or vegetables and a variety of sauces. It is a filling and flavorful option for the quick meal.

Mantu:
These are steamed dumplings filled with the minced meat and onions that a nod to the Afghan influence in the region. They are often to topped with the spiced yogurt sauce.

Doodh Patti Chai:
A rich and creamy tea made with by boiling tea leaves with milk and sugar. It is a popular drink enjoyed throughout the day.

Sooji Halwa:
This sweet dish is made with from the semolina or ghee or sugar and often garnished with nuts and the raisins. It is a common dessert and snack.

Chapati and Nihari:
Nihari is a slow cooked stew made from the meat and spices often served with the chapati (a type of the flatbread). It is a hearty and flavorful dish enjoyed for the breakfast and dinner.

Kabuli Pulao:
A popular Afghan dish called Kabuli Pulao it is also widely enjoyed in Peshawar. It is consists of the steamed rice mixed with raisins or carrots and lamb garnished with the nuts.

Samosas and Pakoras:
These fried snacks are filled with the spiced potatoes and meat or lentils. They are a common sight in the bustling of markets and are perfect for the quick bite.

Falooda and Rabri:
For those with a sweet tooth and Peshawar offers refreshing the falooda and creamy rabri. Falooda is a cold dessert made from the vermicelli or rose syrup or milk and ice cream while rabri is a thickened sweetened with milk dish.

Biryani and Pulao:
These rice dishes are popular from their aromatic flavors and spices often cooked with the meat or chicken and served with the raita (yogurt sauce).
