A week ago, I did a lot of activities and recorded everything in my cell phone. I will share each everything with you people about the activities. From food to work and work to fitness growth.
- Let's start from quick breakfast because I was getting late for the repairing of my bike. The mechanic told me a specific time in which I will take my bike to him for repair.
- I did a quick breakfast, I ate from the upper products. Normally, I eat egg sandwich with tea but today I was getting late I have to buy these products and carry it with myself and will be eating on the way. I eat 2 samosas on the spot and then bought the chocolate biscuit and the sweet local biscuit. I carry the chocolate biscuit in my pocket and started my journey towards the mechanic place. The mechanic shop was 10 km away, I reached there in 40 mins. I reached there, the mechanic told me that I was 1 hour late but still he will do my work on time. This mechanic is a good one and also he takes less charges than others, moreover, he have a formal tone because of experience in professional areas.
- My bike was having a chain problem. The tyre strings were also damaged and some of them were tilted; which have to changed on time. Other issues, like lights and horn were repaired. Moreover, I changed the bike's chain with a new one. About 40.4 Steem or 2200 PKR were spend on the chain, more than 1500 PKR were spent on the other issues of the bike.
The shop was organized in a better way and the staff was very cooperative. There are other shops available to me to repair the bike but I like this person because he have good respective behavior and helps you in a better way.
- In 2 hours the work was done a then I came back to my hostel.
- I was feeling hungry so I ate these persimmon for my short appetite. There were sent to me from my village. These were very tasty and full of energy. This is one of my favorite fruits which I love to eat in a good way.
- Then, I went to the gym for exercise. Today was my leg day of the week. Leg day is very boring and it will give you a tougher pain. Most of the gym players don't like leg; but it is necessary and you have to give your legs a good shape and make them stronger.
Later night, after night dinner. I with my friends made tea. Creating 4 cups tea, you need half litre of milk and 2 small cups of water. Boil the water in kettle, pour sugar and tea leaves into it. After heating, add cardamom and milk into the kettle; boil it to prepare it into a good taste and color.
- Using dry fruits with it is beneficial for your health and keeps your body warmer. Moreover, dry fruits give you energy for your good health, it is also good for gym energy. I feel a little hungry later night because of quick metabolic rate due to gym exercise.
