Each team can choose between 5 themes that have been determined by the steemit team, including:
- Arts - art, photography, music, poetry, creative writing
- Finance, Business & Crypto
- Lifestyle - health, fitness, sport, leisure, food, gardening, travel
- Science, Technology & Computing
- Life & Humanity - including the Diary Game, acts of kindness, charity
The curation team may be old or new community members and the steemit team wants different people from each community. And every member of the Curation Team must commit to at least #club5050 , and ideally #club75 or #club100 . Preference will be given to the team with the most members doing #club75 or #club100.
The curation team leader must make a post that includes from:
- Which of the five themes above they would like to curate for.
- Details of the team members (nationality, languages, time active on Steem, #club status).
- Why they would make a good curation team.
- Anything special about how they will do their curation to ensure the widest reach.
- How they will ensure they will not vote for any posts with plagiarised content.
Posts can be made in any language and posts are submitted before 23:59 UTC, on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 and use the hashtag #curatorteamapplication.
For each day the team will be rewarded and allocate one full vote for member positions and ideally on a rotating basis. Every week 1 team member must make a report in Steem POD community
The steemit team will add Steempower to the @steemcurator account, from the original 250,000 SP to 500,000 SP.
