In today's post I want to take you to a holy and divine place. When I entered St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna, I was struck by its grandeur and beauty. The building is a masterpiece of Gothic architecture, with intricate details and a rich history. As I walked through the vast space, I couldn't help but feel humbled by my presence in such a sacred place.

The interior of the cathedral was just as impressive as the exterior. The colored stained glass windows high above me cast colorful patterns on the marble floor. Sunlight streamed through the panes, illuminating the entire cathedral in a warm, golden light. The air was filled with the scent of incense, mingling with the faint smell of old wood and stone.

While looking around the cathedral, I noticed a group of children with their teacher. They were busy looking at the beautiful statues and paintings that adorned the walls. Their faces lit up with curiosity and admiration as they listened to their teacher's explanations of the history and significance of the various elements around them.

I stopped for a moment to watch them and felt a sense of peace and calm wash over me. The children seemed completely absorbed in their surroundings, carefree and happy in this sacred space. This made me realize how important it is to raise our children to appreciate art, history and spirituality - things that can be found in abundance at St Stephen's Cathedral.

I continued my tour, stopping to scrutinize every detail: the delicate carvings on the columns, the intricate frescoes on the ceiling, the ornate altar. Every element tells a story, every corner hides a secret waiting to be discovered. The organ located in the western part of the cathedral was truly impressive in its dimensions.

Leaving the cathedral, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of gratitude. I witnessed the beauty and majesty of a centuries-old building, witnessed the wonder of a child's curiosity, and found peace in the presence of something so sacred. Visiting St. Stephen's Cathedral was truly an experience that recharged me both spiritually and emotionally.
