My Daily Life Hacks:
Looking through my life, i know that i lacked lots of things which can have in stabilizing my daily living. To start with, i began writing those simple life hacks that worth improving my life and enhancing goof well-being.
The very first in my list is "Excercise" this particular body fitness goes a long way in helping and maintaining a good living. Lots of us today ignore it because they view it as a waste of time and energy, some other thinks it's not necessary. .

Secondly, what i have been engaging myself with nowadays to improve my well being include; mapping out my daily plans. Whatsoever thing i do like to do that day or buy later that day, i will write it down to avoid forgetting some and performing some.
Most at times, i sit and have a flash back of so many things God has done for me, i try to pen them down also in remembrance.
Life is too short, i try every possible best of mine to eat good food inorder to stay healthy. I have seen lots of persons eat one particular food from morning to night which is very very bad, that practice is called imbalanced diet and abuse of food. While i eat these foods, i dont miss having my fruits on a daily also to aid easy digestion and body nourishment.

Lastly, the life hacks i engage myself with inorder to improve my is enabling savings, avoiding impulse purchases, and make use of 50/30/20 budgeting. While spending make sure you try to save up to avoid storms of any kind. Life is worth simple living bht most time we tend to make it difficult by neglecting certain life hacks that works to all human.
Personally, i have been able to save upto what i can use to solve few life challenges. We are human and we're meant to always get prepared for what's coming, the bad happens and the good happens also. With this attitude of saving, you get to lessen burden on yourself and balance life.

Exercising is a way of staying physically fit and healthy in our lives and also the act of recalling what the almighty has done for us is also good. Life indeed is short and we ought to make it memorable, consuming a particular meal every time is not really good, you have written well.
