Jogging is known to be in a form of trotting or running at a leisurely pace. The main purpose of jogging is to increase physical fitness with just less stress on the body other than from running faster but more than walking, or to maintain a steady speed for longer periods of time.
Jogging is usually and simply defined as running at a pace not more than 6 miles per hour, which has some important benefits for people who really want to improve their health without an overdo of it.
EXPLAIN WHAT BENEFITS YOU GET FROM THE SPORT
Here, I will just list out Ten major benefits of jogging everyday;
1.) It Provides Overall Mental Health:
During the excercise your body gets to release some chemicals which helps with our mental wellbeing.
2.) It Increases Lung Capacity:
The more you get engaged with jogging it lessens the effects of asthma and helps in strengthening the lungs and bronchi.
3.) Improves Immune System:
If you persistently jogging, you will hardly suffer from minor illnesses.
4.) Blood Pressure:
Your arteries gets to expand and then contract while you jog, therefore helping the arteries to stay fit, thereby helps to keep our blood pressure within it's normal range.
5.) Physical Strength:
Jogging gets to build lower body strength summing up with strengthening your ligaments and tendons.
6.) Bone Density:
Your body always send an essential minerāls direct to the bones inorder to strengthen them whenever they are stressed. As jogging to a more faster motion stresses your bones, there are additional minerals that helps to increase the bone density over time.
7.) Weight Loss:
The body burns up 705 to 865 calories per hour. When those fats move Up-Down they help break the fat down.
8.) Joint Strength & Stability:
It reduce chances of injuries to both your ankles, kneels and hips. By multiplying the strength of your ligaments and that of your tendons, then increases the joint strength also.
9.) Builds Confidence:
Immediately you start running, your confidence begins to grow gradually. You’ll begin to feel more control of your body and life.
10.) Stress Relief:
It helps to reduce stress levels everyday you jog.

I have just three major tops to make sport fun enough, and they include;
✅ Determine jogging first thing in the morning. Thereby starting your day fresh with a challenging but a rewarding workout which can get you to feel some sense of achievement and then sets you up success for the rest of that day.
✅ Jogging with friends or Group of friends creates an great forum to connect with new and old friends alike. Included that they can help keep a conversation pace. When you jog at a consistent, manageable pace it helps to regulate your heart rate, which makes jogging much easier.
✅ It's good one finds a pace that works for them. Jogging involves high-impact activity which can easily become a slog if you don’t ramp it up gradually. New joggers gets to fed up fast because they try to cover a distance. It's fun when you have the right pace you just want.
Conclusion
