Some cheaters are always cheaters. Be it in the Philippines or any other country. We should always be careful of them. We should be more careful about those over-eager people who come forward to help even if they don't ask for help. Only through our vigilance can we ward off the bad intentions of cheaters.

Good advice, my friend. I believe in divine justice or karma. Those who cheat somehow get something terrible later in life like tragedy, financial ruin, violence or health malady.

100% said the truth, the joy of earning money through your hard work and meeting the needs of your family with that income is enjoyable. You can enjoy temporary happiness with the money earned in cheating, but you have to be afraid of his misdeeds all the time. So, I will say 100 rupees of honesty is more expensive than lakh rupees of cheating.

Somehow you made me laugh. Now even the woman are doing it? Even? I doubt they never did but if this is the case I find it a good thing (not the cheating but the fact there's equality). Why shouldn't women have the right to cheat? They are human just like men.
If it comes to this cheating I wonder why not just break up? There's no need to cheat if you stand for who you are or what you want. Just end the relation and you are free to do as you like. There's nothing complicated about that.

My country is mostly a conservative and patriarchal society. Adultery is not acceptable but you see Filipino women well most of them value their family more than their emotions, there are also those who let their husband have an affair with other woman because it is just so tiring always arguing about it and they just had enough of that. Men always use their excuse of being a man just to get away with their act of infidelity.
Several connected factors are involved:
As long as poor wives are economically dependent on men, they have to put up with that and other undesirable situations.
The double standard takes an indulgent and even admiring attitude towards men’s sexual drives (in contrast to quite repressive attitudes towards those of women).
Philippine society is like many, many others in this respect.
We are religious but hypocrite society. When women have affair, they are treated as pariah of society while men are being treated as macho ( something that is expected). It is also expected to wife to forgive their husbands from straying.
There is also this pervasive belief that the wife is probably NOT ENOUGH to satisfy the husband.
Lastly, as long as the husband can provide financially and still goes back home to the conjugal house, it’s fine.
I observed that only rich women here have options for divorce since they can afford lawyers and have time and resources to attend court hearings.

I believe if I hear this the situation is not different from countries in Europe. Who has money can do as he like, who has a wife with a job that earns well can too.
With us the "joke" is the husband in the bar complaining "My wife doesn't understand me" and next to that, the husband is never adult enough to take care of a family even if he is ten years older than his wife. But the tables turn and we notice a change if it comes to women with an income. The higher the education the less need they feel to be stuck with a man they have to pamper and sacrifice themselves for. Marriage is no longer needed, and living together is easier but there are also living together contracts signed at the city hall. It makes it easier to separate because unlike marriage children are not involved. By now we learned that if women like it or not they will be left behind with the children while the man starts a new life. With this living together contract the children are not involved so no fights about who will take care of them since they belong to the woman. The law changed too. Since only the mother knows for sure if a couple cannot decide whose family name the child will have it will automatically be the one of the mother. So the inherent goes via the female line. Interestingly, the royal family has already done this for a few generations.
If it comes to those women accepting their husband's behaviour for longer I also belonged to that group because it's the only way to get rid of the cheater.
Thank you for taking the time to explain this. I hope we all will have a better life in the way we like to live it. There's no need to cheat within a relationship. If you don't like it I say: Please, leave and don't waste my time and life. As long as a toxic relationship remains both have no chance to start a new life.
