I bring you warm greetings from my part of the world and I am believing that all is moving fine with you all. I am fortunate to be among steemians with love and understanding, I appreciate the steelit blog and team for their tireless efforts, and I appreciate the steem for better life community for their efforts to see the activeness of those platforms.I feel this contest topic is mainly about me because something happened to me which is related to the above topic so, keep reading down as you see reasons not to be so stressed to the point of death.

What is your definition of stress?

Stress: simply means a stage of fatigue which means tiredness. It could be emotional tiredness which has to do with mental stress or physical stress but the fact remains that, tiredness starts from the inside and when it becomes obvious, an individual is supposed to stop whatsoever the work is to rest, you need rest and I need rest too, too much workload leads to total stress. Alot of people lost their life in the process of continuous work to get to the end of work but the truth is that humans are different from robots or machines that walk throughout the day.

Do you have experience?

Of course, that was what drew my attention into participating in this contest and for that reason, I am finding it very interesting to draw from my experience. During my undergraduate, I study physics and I always feel as though I don't read at all especially when I see some of my mates coming out from the library. A normal way of reading before exams period is to study a topic from a course and It would be enough for the day such that when exams come, the reading would be in the form of recap.

On a faithful day, I felt I was not serious at all meanshile, I was trying as a serious student reads. I was supposed to have an exam in the morning, but I went for night reading from 8 pm and studied till daybreak which is a few minutes past 7. When I arrived home, because of the stress, I felt nothing was in my head again that morning. So instead of taking my bath to feel re-freshened before going for the 8 o'clock paper, I kept being confused and felt I don't read at all. Reaching the examination hall, immediately I saw the question, I had no idea at all, and immediately, my whole brain became hot and uncontrolled and at that point, I started misbehaving.

Do you think suicide is an option

Suicide shouldn't be an option if an individual has gone through stress but suicide would not be an option rather it will forcefully occur to you when an individual pushed himself to the wall of being so over stress then suicide shouldn't be an option because stress kills. Stress gets people mad, sometimes, we make ourselves look depressed and worried, stressed and overworked which is not and never the best, men needs Restit brings man back to normal, rest wipes away every form of mental stress or depression and if care is not taken, suicide wouldn't be an option because there is always a result to every action.

What practices do you follow to deal with stress?

This is simple, I have learned from my experience to be careful and since that day, I had been conscious of all I do. Whenever I was so stressed at work or mentally because of thinking, so, I made sure I take a warm bath, eats, and rest, I never joke about my resting moments, and once an individual is resting, It calms down or if possible flush out every form of stress.

In conclusion, rest is the practice I follow to deal with stress, you can also try it and have an experience if that. Depression wouldn't help, and stress wouldn't as well help so let's watch.
