Christmas salutation to all Steemians here and beyond. Today I started working in Pure water manufacturing company, and so I decided to share myself as a diary.
What is Pure water?
Pure water is a filtered purify water, that is 100% free from contaminants. The libération of this solvents from contaminants is due to the mechanism of filtering equipments used. If the equipments is not clean, it can cause a reversible reaction during the separation which will lead to the overflow or spread of the contaminants.
How does the manufacturing machine like?
It looks like a freezer. If you look at the picture above you will see how it looks like.
My Experiences!
My work here is to package the pure water into the bag as soon as the machine drops each of them. The machine drops each sachet 5 seconds. When I started, I started so slow, meanwhile, work like this does not require a slow worker. For instance, imagine me packaging 300 bags.
To do this, I have to be fast. And they have a pattern of packaging, once you skip that pattern, you lose out. Your work won't be beautiful, it will look scattered. So, you have to be fast and technical.
Who taught you?
The first day I got there, the manager have to show me how to package. At first he told me he is not going to pay me, thinking I'll be too dull in picking up. But, so shocking to him, that night of my resumption, I was able to catch-up. After that day, he then changed his mind and promise to pay me in two weeks time. Every day I earn 3000 naira, multiply it by 7 days.....
3000 × 7days = 21000 naira. Now multiply that for 4 weeks. It's 64,000 naira. That's not even all, everyday, I'm giving extra money to go home with plus breakfast and launch. That's really amazing....
Do you feel pains doing the work?
Yes! I do feel back pain. This is a kind of work that I will have to kneel or seat down in a chair packaging.... I guess that's the best way. Because I'm not the only one packaging, we are both in morning and night shift. So, if I operate in the morning, by 7pm, another set will take over. So, all throughout the day, I won't rest, I will be busy packaging and the stress will fall on my backbone.
Your advice to other Steemians!
Nothing comes easy. My fellow Steemians, if you wanna succeed in this field of working for somebody, be ready to face the pains. You will encounter slaps, shout, pains from all angle. Keep working, never let the condition around break you down. You will make it.
