The Diary Game – 25/5/2023 || Keeping my Environment clean

Greetings to all steemians! I strongly believe that you had a beautiful day and I'm delighted that you did. Saturday was a sanitation day with no restrictions of movement in our locality. I spent it Fruitfully with my family members and friends.

I woke up in sound and healthy mode, we had our normal family worship routine, then I start cleaning some apartment in our house. I did a thorough work in my kitchen and bedroom, and then did laundry and ironing.

Afterward, l went to my vegetables garden and remove some weeds for the pumpkin for a proper growth. I was appreciative and excited about what I fed my eyes on.

Hubby and his brother were out side, clearing our field while my sister was weeding the surrounding. After everything, everywhere look neat and clean.

I quickly prepared pasta (spaghetti) for breakfast, and prepared baby's food as well. My sister fed and bath her then left for market while hubby and I left the house for Facility Evaluation Visit at Ewet Kingdom here in Uyo.

On Reaching there, we saw a lot of brothers our and sisters waiting our arrival. We were welcome and exchanged pleasantries.

After the exciting moment, meeting started after few words of prayers and my hubby addresses the congregation on the safety measures to be carried out during each work exercise and one of our co-workers addresses the Congregation on job Hazards related matters. Proper use of ladder and different types of ladder was deliberated on. Afterward, hubby assigned work for everyone in sections.

I and my team were assigned to wash the walk ways and also oiling of louvers. We diligently worked for 3 hour before we had a break.

After the break, we were re-energised and refreshed. It was a brief lunch with snacks and Malt. 30 minutes was allowed for rest after the meal and we used it to relate our experience during the frist round.

With the energy regained, hubby had a brief meeting with all the congregational elders.
Words of appreciation was given by one of them and they closed the programme with prayers and every one return home safely.

Reaching home, we were tired and exhausted already. But we freshened up and took our dinner. Actually, this dinner was prepared by my sister, who went to market and returned home thereafter. She made a delicious melon soup and swallow.

We all relaxed and gist about the activities of the day. After that, we prepared Watch Tower study edition as a family in preparation for Sunday's meeting.

I was delighted to have a busy Saturday but a very successful one. We all delightfully retired to bed.
