Contest Announcement | Time to be Creative: Five-Word Fiction #03

`Hi friends... how are you? Today I am going to compete in a contest related to a competition topic where creative and artistic ideas can be presented.`

It is a pleasure to participate in this competition where you have to create a story in five words. And today I present the story of the past few days with some of my experiences. To add to the fun of the story, I have to create imaginary events that happened at some places. However, the story that I am presenting today will entertain you. We are always looking for knowledge on the Steemit platform and it is a great pleasure to compete in such a fun contest. It reduces the pressure and fatigue in our mind. I invite everyone to read the story.

Friends, let's start the story. I have mentioned before that I am going to present to you today about some events of my few days. One day I received a phone call while I was at home. I was surprised by that phone call. The call was from a friend I knew from school. He said to come to his house. Although we are a little far apart, we are very close in friendship. He lived about 30 km from my city. He worked in Italy for several years and came back to Sri Lanka for a vacation. After receiving his call, I got ready as soon as possible and left home for his house.

⭕	#Village

It was evening when I went to his house. So I stayed there that day on his insistence to spend the night at his house. The next day dawned. After breakfast we decided to visit some beautiful places in his village. Some of his village friends joined us for that. He lives in Ratthota, a beautiful village in Sri Lanka. Surrounded by several beautiful mountain ranges and with springs and waterfalls, his village has a very attractive appearance. Anyone who sees the village realizes that it is a very attractive environment. We started walking towards the hills to see the beauty of his village. Seeing the beauty of those mountain ranges, the eyes could not stop. After enjoying the beauty of the village for a few hours, he left.

We went for a walk in the village of Yahaluva, but the beautiful waterfalls and springs are located quite far away. So we went by car. Even if it is a short distance, we went by car because it is also a beautiful experience. A hobby of me and friend is to ride in a vehicle while singing a beautiful song. We drove only to the starting point of the mountain range. We bought tickets from there and climbed the mountain on foot. While returning after enjoying the beauty of the mountain range, we found a beautiful reservoir. Since we went by car, we went on the journey without much effort. Due to the good space and very good fuel efficiency of the vehicle, we can travel freely and comfortably.

_{I forgot to tell you. When we reached the top of the mountain range, we did not forget to take some photos. When we reached the top of the mountain, we felt as if we had reached the sky. When I looked down I felt like I was looking down from the sky. The rice fields and green trees in the distance were a beautiful sight. The sky was also clearly visible so I took some pictures to show the sky. You can see those photos below. It is not surprising that anyone would think of taking a photo when they see the clear blue sky. Creating shapes and patterns from clouds is an amazing event. It seems to me that the white clouds in the blue sky stand out more because of the lightness of the colors in them.}

⭕	#Elephant

However, that day we had a good time and came to the friend's house.  Although we say we are not tired, we still have a little bit of travel fatigue.  As soon as I arrived, I took a good shower and had lunch without taking too much notice of the young boys. I barely remember that it was past four in the afternoon when I had lunch that day.  When we came home, the friend's mother was not at home. She had gone to the village temple.  His mother has known me well since childhood.  A very kind and friendly woman with our mother. There was an elephant in the temple when went to the temple hoping to see her too and say goodbye to her.  I think like an elephant brought for a parade. It is very big.  No matter how big the elephant's body is, the two tusks are small.  Maybe broken. After taking a selfie to see the elephant, I said goodbye to my friend and his mother and left for home.

Spent two days having fun with friends. I was most happy to see him after so many years. There are many things and examples to talk about friendship. But I will not talk about that in this post. To say something about him, he is one of the best friends I ever met when I was a child. I am going to end my post in five words. And you can also participate in this competition. OMG, do you play volleyball?

Yes miss @senehasa my hobby is playing volleyball. I have been interested in it since my childhood (school days). And my mother helped me a lot to be successful in volleyball.

I participate in a sports club and play from Matale district.

Very good, you must take advantage of your height. Have a successful future!

Thank you for participating in the contest!! You have had a great journey with your friends. You have used the words amazingly well to describe it. I have never been to this place, looks like worthy to travel.

I suggest you to use the club status tag, inside first 4.
