Steemit Engagement Challenge S9-W3: "Kindness that changed my life

INTRODUCTION

Greetings my fellow steemian, i trust you guys are all doing just fine and enjoying your day.
You're welcome to my post once again, and i am very happy to be part of this interesting contest in @steembetterlife community, the theme of the contest is Kindness that changed my Life.
And below i will be discussing on this topic by following the contest tips.

WHAT WAS THE ACT OF KINDNESS THAT IMPACTED YOUR LIFE?

Early 2021, which was my 400 level in the university of Uyo, i was so broke to the point that i couldn't even afford a one day meal for myself, my landlord even kicked me out of the house just because i wasn't able to pay the house rent.

I didn't have anywhere or anyone to run to for help, so i had no choice than to be sleeping in the lecture hall every night with some of my few clothes in my school bag.

There were about to close the school portal, and I didn't have any money to use in paying my fees, i had no choice than to go back to the village having in mine that i have dropped out from school.

Fortunately for me the last day when they wanted to close the school portal which was friday, i was at home lying down shading tears and thinking about my life.
A call came in and it was my colleague in school, when i answered the call, he told me to come back to school that my colleagues has contributed money to pay my fees, i was so so happy, i didn't even know what to say, my friend @ememudoh1 also told me to come and stay with him in his house till i have a place of my own again.

Those were the two act of kindness that impacted my life.

WHAT WERE THE EMOTIONS YOU WERE FEELING AT THAT TIME?

Honestly, at that moment when i received that call from my colleague, i was so happy, my heart was filled with so much joy that i even shout out so loud in the house till my siblings got curious and decided to know the reason for my happiness.

HOW DID THE ACT IMPACTED YOU?

The act of kindness my colleague's showed to me reall impacted my life, and because of the kindness they showed to me, i am now a graduate of the university of Uyo, and also with that i will be able to achieve some of my dreams that i thought i wasn't able to achieve.

WHAT ARE THE LESSONS YOU LEARN FROM THE INCIDENT?

Honestly, that little incident that i experience taught me a lot, and most especially it taught me that it is good to find something doing that can always give you at least feeding money, not depending 100% on our parents to survive.

And i also learnt that it's very good to be kind and friendly to people because you don't know where you will see him/her tomorrow or the kind of situation you may find yourself in tomorrow.

DID YOU MANAGE TO PASS IT FORWARD BY SHOWING KINDNESS TO OTHERS? HOW?

Yes, i managed to pass the kindness to others in so many ways, i even showed the same kindness they showed to me to another person by providing a shelter for the person.
After the incident i was able to rent a house of my own, and i am showing kindness to another person who doesn't have a place to stay.
