Grand Opening SteemCoffee88 (July 11, 2024)

At 9 am the plan was to go to Lhokseumawe to attend the inauguration of the SteemCoffee88 Cafe because it was as per previous discussions with Sofian88, and at the same time carry out a follow-up survey for the mangrove planting location in Lapang sub-district.

However, because the person I was going to conduct the survey was sick and couldn't take part, we finally canceled the survey plan and I decided to leave at 11 with the estimate that I would arrive at the Steemcoffee no later than 12:30 PM.

@heriadi and I have made an appointment to visit Steemcoffee together, so I visited his house first. Then from there, we both moved to Steemcoffee to celebrate the opening. It turned out that many steemians had gathered there both around Geudong and from other areas, and from them, I found out that previously several steemians were present but had already come back home since they arrived early.

We sat together and congratulated each other. Moments like this rarely happen, especially for me who is rarely present at steemian events like this.

Before this opening event, @sofian88 also discussed with me this inauguration event. As part of steemians, We are enthusiastic about Steemcoffee and will definitely support its growth and development in the future.

I sat for a long time chatting with the other steemians who were present, there was also Irawandedy who happened to have no other agenda that day. It wasn't until 15:00 that we said goodbye to each other and continued our activities.

I continued my journey to Lhokseumawe to meet some colleagues and continue drinking coffee but I ordered hot tea because I had too much coffee for the day.

Just before midnight, I came back from Lhokseumawe to Geudong. I just stopped for a moment while having dinner which was already a bit late. However, my friends are still busy with their activities at the Blang Peuriya Coffee Hybrid as usual. Because my journey is still quite far from Lhokseumawe to Panton Labu, I chose to have coffee for the last time tonight while chatting about the community.

I'm not really focused on the current condition of the community because I have family matters to take care of. A few days ago my oldest sister had a motorbike accident with our two young nephews.

X-ray results stated that the upper arm and shoulder blades had to be surgically reattached to speed up recovery. Also from the CT-Scan results, there was a mild blood clot in the brain and required thorough observation for 9 days under the supervision of an expert doctor. This is what has been bothering us lately so I can't focus as usual on this platform.

After chatting for a moment with my friends in Hibrida Kopi, I said goodbye to continue my journey to Panton on a motorbike. It's late at night, other vehicles will be speeding faster than usual. I have to be extra careful because my view will also be limited at night.

I chose a rural road to shorten the trip and also avoid large vehicles speeding on roads that had just been hit by heavy rain.

The drizzle remained, but I continued my journey a bit faster to arrive home before 2:00 am. I was so exhausted and wanted time to rest for a moment.

At 1:30 in the morning, I just arrived home and rested. Have a good rest
