"Steemit Engagement Challenge S9-W6: "Goal setting for the year"

I'm so excited in my entry of this contest, how are you all, how is your family and I hope everything is fine, I'm here to participate in this contest but before I proceed I will like to appreciate Steem for Better Life for organizing this interesting, unique and wonderful contest that base on "Goal setting for the year". so stay tuned as you read my article, without any further ado let's get started.

Indeed setting up a goal is essential aspect of our life. When we have set up a goal to accomplish, it is help us stay focused, motivated, and align a sense of self-mastary. And also when we set up a goal, we are equally giving ourselves a target to strive, some people are good in pursuing of goals, they won't strive to manage properly within the period targeted to accomplish their goals. Setting of Goal is the first step of achieving greatness in life. Goal is like a fuel that driven motivation and remark as a roadmap to realize our dreams.

What specific goals did you set for the year?

My specific goal I set for this year was to work and earn money to returning back to school next year, to complete my education. I have target #300 thousand naira which is equivalent to 3,600 steem for the completation of my education. And I having been working hard and smartly to make sure I complete this goal. I have scheduled and identify my source of income and decided to be saving money before I will return back to school, I regularly manage myself in all my expenses to make sure I keep my promises of saving money.

I often divide my daily income in ratio of 2:5:10 that is in three division. I will explain why, For example, Assuming after a day work, I made 2500 naira as my daily income. I will divide it into three part which I often divide in ratio of 500 naira for feeding, 500 naria for pocket money, this can be use to purchase data, church offering, and buying of other things and lastly 1500 will be saved as I have budgeted for my school. Even if it's 5,000, 10,000 naira or any amount although, I made as my daily income I will equally divide it in ratio of 2:5:10. I save my money through using this ratio, and I can exceed my expenses beyond my saving. I make sure it been follow-up as I have budget it.

How have you worked to achieve your set goal?

I haven't work to achieve my goals, but I'm still striving to make sure I accomplish it. I haven't been able to gather up to 100 naira because in my place of work where I'm undergoing my industrial training for the past few months they haven't paid us. And that is the most reason I'm consistency on this platform, in helps to generate some steem or tron which will go along way before the year ends.

In my place of work whenever we go time off, I do find building work which I normally do before we do resume work back, it often helps me to generate wages income.

My work in the oil company is contract work electrician which often finished at anytime and within this period the work is still on. We do work in weeks for instance, I and my co-workers may work for three weeks then one week won't be time off. so within that week I would utilize it on doing building work.

How has your goal impacted or will impact others?

My goals will impact other through my hard working, deligent, vibrate, determination and strategies of saving money through my scale of ratio. It is always said that the path to success is not easy. It is step by step through all this characteristic of achieving a goal.

How have you benefitted from setting and achieving those goals?

By the grace of God who has been leading me, I have benefited alot of attributes of moral since I set up my goal. Everysince I set up my goal I was able to minimize by expenditure compare to when I was in school. I have also benefitted through my scale of ratio of saving money.

Conclusion.

In conclusion, By his grace, I will accomplish my goal of this year, and if I accomplish it, I will be happy to return all the glory to God almighty who has been lead me through and I will equally be happy to return back to school.
