Hello friends, happy Sunday and a new month in the season of jubilee. I am happy to be in this community and this is my first time of posting in the great community.

Today, I want to participate in the engagement challenge that says a little bit of motivation can go a long way . Such an interesting topic and it came at the right time.

In this crazy world full of change and chaos, motivation is a cup of hope. Many people are demoralized because of what is going on and the only thing that can wake us up is motivation. I personally could have lost my mind, I try to give up so many times because of the devastating state of things in this present world. But a little bit of motivation from friends and love ones kept and held me close.

This engagement challenge, a little bit of motivation can go a long way is telling us that no matter what we may face in life; the storms, rain and wind-blow, the sun will rise again if only we are motivated. Therefore to me, the simplest meaning of motivation is encourgement. With it, we can rise up from our fallen state, dust ourselves and keep moving.

I am not a cartoon fan but I lived around people that love watching cartoons and I kept wondering what they derived in watching cartoons as an adult. But in the course of this challenge, I have learnt what cartoon teaches and on that note I have choose Olaf Frozen and The Blue Fairy.

The statement tells us that life is full of chaos, people are disorganized and if you dare involved, they may hurt you but some people are so important to you that even though you get injured while helping them, you will still help them because they are important to you.

Always let your conscience guide you

Conscience is that faculty of the mind that provide an inner sense of right or wrong. Your conscience is trained to discern right from wrong but if it is not developed then it may not be reliable.

Apostle Paul mirrored the meaning of the word as he wanted to live his life in obedience to God.

Therefore I always exercise and discipline myself to have a clear conscience, void of offense toward God and toward men. (Acts 24:16)

Our conscience will not lie. When you developed the will to do what is right, you shape your character so that the crooked human will is fixed back toward good.

It is true that a little bit of motivation can go a long way. Life is full of ups and downs, without obstacles, difficulties, struggles and challenges life would not make much sense. In all that we are going through, we need a little bit of motivation to keep going and become stronger.

Why is motivation important to you as a person?

Motivation is important to me as a person because;

• It awakens the sense of meaning in my life.

• When I am motivated, I learn to organised and plan out my life.

• It helps me to be positive and happy while working hard to achieve my goals.

• I will learn to fight my fear and negative thoughts when I am motivated.

Do you motivated others? Give two examples

Yes, I do motivate other. The two examples are outside steemit family. My friend has an health issues and every time she will call me to complain how she was feeling. I encourage her to go for medical checkup which she complained that she has no money. I kept encouraging her by telling her that health is wealth and support her to fix the hospital bill. Now she is fine and fit on feet.

The second person is my daughter, last week Tuesday at Abuja houses and shops were demolished at some part of Kuje area in Abuja and that affected her. As a young girl that just started working barely six months ago and trying to put up herself in a strange land, the experience was devastating and was demoralized because of the incident. I encourage her by telling her that life is not a bed of roses, as she is coming up of age she should expect situation that requires great effort. So instead of her worrying herself over nothing she should be bold to face challenges. As as today when I called her, she has let go of the incident and moved on.

What habits can you create to increase motivating yourself?

• Increase my energy to increase motivating myself.

• Shift my motivation from getting to giving.

• By creatively planning my life.

• Commit to achieving something specific everyday.

Conclusion

Motivation spur us up from our demoralized state to ambitious and active person. At all times, we should endeavour to motivate one another to keep the bond.
