Lesson 8: Avoiding Double Upvotes Using steemworld.org

Lesson 8.png

The disturbances that have occurred so far on the Steemit platform have had an impact on users, many cases have arisen as a result, for example, repeated posts because published posts do not appear on the user's account homepage, then posts will appear within a certain time duration.

Apart from that, content that has received support in the form of Upvotes is not updated in the display of the post. Currently, based on my observations, it shows that some posts with posts that have been published within 2 days have not shown any value.

This also affects the performance of the community Curator Team in curating their posts, I found double support from several curators and they withdrew their support after giving an upvote. This phenomenon actually harms curation accounts, these accounts should have adequate curation and increase the Steem Power of each supported publication.

I will give an example of the last two posts that I wrote, if you look at these posts, even when you enter the content, the post value obtained does not change, it is at 0.xx and likewise when you enter the content of the post, the value does not change, even though was published 23 hours ago.

This condition will give rise to the potential for double support from the community Curator Team, this will actually reduce the distribution of support to active steemians on this platform.
On the other hand, the effect also appears when moderating posts, verifiers will do double moderation or even skip it. This needs to be addressed wisely by utilizing steemworld.org tools.

To address this, the community Curator Team or other curation account operators can utilize steemworld.org to ensure that the content that will be given an upvote has not received support from other community curator teams.

Look at the picture above, the last 2 posts apparently have an estimated value of 5,xx $, which means these two posts have received support to confirm more details, you can press one of these posts.

When you press the votes menu, various necessary information will be available there, such as which accounts support this post. So, the curators will skip this post and look for other posts so that the distribution of support will be more even.

Steemworld provides a lot of important information for users and should be used as a tool that supports your work productivity, both as a Community Curator Team and curation account operator.

In another session, I will share other topics about Steemworld and hopefully, this can be an important reference for newcomers.

Yes, my friend, this is a very serious problem we are facing. Even as a moderator, it's confusing and problematic for me while choosing posts for boom support.

We must admit, it's surprising and i don't know how the community curators will manage to maintain transparency amidst this issue.

Lately, I've noticed a lack of minor curator support to me, probably because they assume high-reputed users will receive support elsewhere, so they don't bother checking with tools like steemworld.

Furthermore, as you mentioned, not only do two-day-old posts fail to display support, but many of my posts expire without showing any support at all.

  • Take a look at the post below; it's already expired and unable to display any support.

You are right and that is the fact that is happening right now, I think the Steemit team is dealing with this and we pray that it can be resolved soon.

Even though the domain is having difficulty getting the latest updates on the homepage, I think as a user I continue to do my best, I myself don't understand exactly where the problem is, whether it's because the hosting is full or a script problem.

Friend, this is an excellent strategy, I imagine how complicated it must be to do the healing work at this time.
Thank you for sharing with us the route you are using!!

@irawandedy, how do I use the steem world, because I noticed that all the post I voted on still remained the same way.
