Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I I will take this opportunity to share my day with you all, and I hope you will spare some time to go through my post and no more about my life.
The sun rays struck my eyes after piercing through the curtains of my room and didn’t let me to stay in my bed for long. It is quite a blessing to get up early in the morning as it helps one to stay healthy and to maximise the time to accomplish various tasks for the day. After getting up, I offered the prayers and then set off for a walk towards the hill side of the village. Going on a walk towards the outer areas of the village Is quite dangerous at times because of free wild animals roaming in those areas in search of their prey. Very often we come across the news of sheep killed by leopards and as the leopards have sufficient food in the shape of sheep, dogs, and other animals, they haven’t attacked any human yet. While on the walk, I usually have these things in mind and always try to accompany some other people of the society to stay safe. It’s my way of burning excess calories and breathing in fresh air early in the morning to keep myself fresh and away from any sort of negativity.
Again, it was a day where I had to go for some planning in one more village. It’s very complicated work to come up with a final plan of developmental works in a village because these villages being very far off still require a lot of infrastructure to raise their standard of living and at this stage, we can’t cope up with aspirations of the people with a handful of allocated funds. We being the department responsible for the development at the grassroot level, also seem to be at the receiving end when it comes to criticising the government policies by the common man.
Later, in the afternoon, when I returned from office, I went to have a look on my Apple orchard and see whether the apples needed any spray of pesticides as it is our job. To ensure that we produce Quality crop we being the sole exporters of Apple in the whole of India. It’s not just a matter of money, but also the matter of pride to maintain the quality of crop to be exported to other states and countries later in this year. While I was on visit to my orchard, I was attracted by the onion flowers. Onion seeds is a cash crop and is only produced in our area because of the favourable conditions it gets.
Later in the day I took a nap for about an hour after which I got through some pages of Indian modern history to know about our past. Meanwhile, my maternal cousin had arrived and for the rest of the day I had got my cousin to play with and had got ultimate entertainer with me.
