Hello Steemians, welcome to my post. I am excited to participate in this challenge which I have talked about "The Most Adventurous Thing I Have Ever Done"
The most adventurous thing I have ever done was leave school for Agbokim waterfall to swim. I left Calabar to Ikom which is more than 150 kilometres to Ikom with my friends to see and swim in the water.
I took the risk without informing my parents about it. The worst part was that I was almost carried away by the water because I didn't know how to swim in the water. It is a nice and cold place where water descends from a rock which I and my friends enter inside the water.
From the top of the rock where the water was descending, I jumped down without minding if there were stones or not, well I was motivated to do so because I saw my friend did the same thing I had no option but to join her and did the same thing.
While in the water, instead of remaining swimming in a place where the water was not too dipper, I went swimming in a place where the water was dipper. Well, thank God that I was fast enough to come out of the water if not it would have been a story that Jasminemary had been carried away by water.
Another adventurous thing that I did was try to explore the waterfall which I and my friends, took a walk of about 30 kilometers and found ourselves in a Cameroon forest. Hmmmm, I was so scared and the reason why we found ourselves in the Cameroon forest was that we saw an okapi (salad) leaf which we started cutting.
My friend was almost bitten by a snake, but thank God that we saw it earlier and killed the snake. However, I was so afraid of getting closer to the snake because I didn't like seeing snakes or scorpions. I am afraid of getting bitten by a snake.

We are all social political beings. That's why we make decisions that comes with consequences. It might be negative or positive. You made a very wrong decision by leaving school to go swim. But thank God you and your friend were saved form the snake.
