THE DIARY GAME: 7-8-2024 | MONDAY, FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK

Dear Diary,

It's Monday. Another day for some preparation before the school year starts. I have to go to school for a meeting. I have no choice but to bring my daughter Ezra because my husband can babysit one daughter at a time so he can focus.

_{July 8, while waiting for the meeting to start}

MORNING

We wake up early and prepare the kids for the day. I pack up Ezra's things so I won't be late at school. We need to walk a 10-minute distance before we reach the high way and ride a public bicycle in going to school. Ezra is always excited when I mentioned her about the school. She really likes to go to school. When we areived there, a minute before they start the meeting.

_{I am sitting at the back so Ezra can't disturb the speaker}

We had discussed about some clarification on the ongoing learning camp that will end in July 19,2024. We had aome collaboration about our schedules, strategies and lesson proper. We need to make sure that this learning camp will not end useless, rather than helpful to children. The meeting lasted only for 2 hours and ended at almost 10am. Since it is early before lunch, we headed directly to my mother's house.

NOON TIME

Ezra misses her grandma. She always look her "MAMO". When we go out from the school we ride directly a tricycle in going to my mother's house. She is very happy when we arrrived because she saw new appliances such as sofa set and a dining table with chairs. She sit, jump, and lay on the new sofa. I stayed in their dining and write a draft on my diary game entry while Ezra eat her lunch early. After luch we go home.

AFTERNOON

Just we arrived at home, heavy rains follow. It causes flood in front of our house. There are thunders and lightning. Ezra and Psalm enjoyed watching the children playing on the rain. I am complacent during this time only when we are complete inside the house. I feel safe.

My children were playing after our dinner. The heavy rain didn't stop but it doesn't bother us. This is the vitamins of my eye seeing my children happy and playing with each other. They don't have the expensive toys but they they enjoyed any toy they have and seems contented of what they shared to. While watching my daughters, my husband prepared the room for sleeping time.

NIGHT

Later on, we stayed inside our room. We let the children sleep early. When the two sleep already, I close our store early because the rain continues to pour out. There is flood in front of our store so I expect no customer will come in this time.

Because the kids slept early, we have time to do our remaining household chores and my husband enjoys his hubby and seems like memorizing a new song chords using his piano.

While finalizing my diary game tonight, at the same time I am watching drama in the television. I seldom do this at night because there are time when my daughters sleep night, I also sleep with them. Before I proceed to my daily devotion and prayer, I will update my diary game today, first.
