Steemit Engagement Challenge Season2 week4 | My Involvement in Acts of Kindness

Hello friend
You are highly welcome to my post today. Love and Charity is what pleased me. Indeed someone doesn't need to start talking about how he/she render help to someone because the purpose of helping someone that is in needs or a community that is lacking behind shouldn't be for show up.

As I have earlier said, Love and Charity is what pleased me and nothing more. In life, I have engaged myself in various ways of showing kindness but the one I will be sharing here is that of a host community kindness that I engaged myself with and teaching my colleagues.

My Involvement In Act of Kindness: Educating villages

During my youth service I was involved in educating the people of Mayo Sum-sum village on how their can take good care of themselves and their host community.

I and my team we educate the villages on sexual education, were we taught them the diseases that is associated with sexual intercourse and how they can protect themselves.

We also educate the community about environmental pollution, how they can maintain a good personal hygiene etc. Our education was purely on girls child education. The people of Mayo Sum-sum village hate sending they girls child to school so we have to encourage them to be sending they girls child to school and we educate them on several things.

Act of Kindness: Teaching my colleagues

Teaching someone what I know is part of what gives me joy because the more I teach that is the more my knowledge and understanding get expand. Sometime after my classes at Digital Dreams ICT Academy, i often stay behind and spent sometime educating my fellow colleagues on the things they are finding difficult to understand.

During my gathering with my colleagues, I usually start by asking them one after the other on the topic they are finding difficult to understand and once it's share I will makes sure that I try my possible best and break it down to the understanding of everyone.

Act of Kindness: Taking care of flowers

As a student of digital Dreams ICT Academy and a lover of beautiful environment. I noticed there are some beautiful flowers surrending my lecture hall that lack maintance is something not taking care of like watering and frequent checking of the flowers if any is dying off or not.

As a lover of flowers I put it upon myself to be taking care of the flowers on every Friday. That is on every Friday I usually water that the flowers are well watering and making sure that the flowers all grow well.
