THE DIARYGAME [25/22/2024] || spending good time with my steemit friends

Boom!!!!, It was another day to hang out and spend quality time with my steemit brothers and sisters around my axis, was organized by @bossj23. It was a very fun and refreshing time hanging out with my Steemit friend here around uyo, we had flowed and effortless conversation and it was great to catch up and share ideas and quality time.

Barely all moment was filled with laughter and the kind of camaraderie whick made the hangouts so special and fun. Care to have the full gist about that day?, Don't worry I'm going to write all moment I captured.

On December 25th we had planned a hangout with our Steemit friends at Ibom Tropicana Mall which was originally set for 2pm, the plan was to watch a video together and enjoy some fun moments as a community. But due to scheduling conflicts with other Steemians who wouldn’t be able to make the earlier time which my schedule was against the time, for that the event was rescheduled to 4pm to accommodate everyone. This adjustment would have allowed more Steemians to join and made the event more fun and joyous.

As the day went on we gathered at the Ibom Tropicana mall, excited for a good time though I came late due to some traffic while heading to the venue. I and @toflex came to see @alli001, @kidi40, @preshy001 @bossj23 already in the venue happiness waiting for others arrival.

The energy was high though with everyone eager to catch up and share experiences and laugter, what gave me joy the more was that the atmosphere was lively and it was clear that everyone was looking forward to have a view of the video screening.

when we arrived at the designated place we encountered an unexpected to happen, the video we had planned to watch was unavailable. Despite this setback and disappointment our steemit friends didn’t let the situation dampen our spirits and vibe as well, instead of letting the lack of the video ruin our mood we decided to improvise.

not long @bossj23 phone rank and guess who called?, behold it was a call from @ngoenyi and her family who invited us to another location close to the mall (Christmas village). we went there to meet other steemians waiting for our arrival.

We shared jokes discussed the Steemit platform and bonded over various other educative topics, that sense of community remained strong and the hangout continued with laughter and interactive conversations.

Although the video was main part of our plans but it turn out to be the our friendship and connections that truly made the event unforgettable, The day turned out to be a celebration of our shared experiences on Steemit and despite the unforeseen challenges. we all had an enjoyable time together proving that sometimes it’s the people and not the plans that make a gathering worthwhile.

Did it just finished only connecting through conversation and laughter?, No.
The hangout at Christmas Village was such a blast so to express, especially with the generosity from @bossj23 and steemian friend who sponsored the drinks, meat and food.
The atmosphere was warm and everyone had a great time enjoying the delicious food and drinks and the laughter and the good vibes.

not long as the dark was about approaching, @preshy001 came out with an idea to keep everyone busy and fun, it was a **Truth or Dare** game.

One of the highlights of the day that contributed to make it fun and interesting was the truth or Dare game which was full of funny moments, There was one specific rule that was set, if anyone was dared or asked a question and refused to comply. the punishment was to dance in the public without music😃 or even twerk, I and bossj23 failed to comply at the long run. so in other not to violet the rule, we went out and twerk.

The game was so funny and at times awkward especially those moments where people found themselves in situations where they either had to confess a funny truth or get up and dance to the view of public, hahaha!!!.

Everyone including even the shy ones had to either face their fears or you go out and dance, It was the perfect mix of playful and embarrassing adding to the fun and creating unforgettable memories for all of us. @bazil20 was also a victim, and I couldn't control laughing as he was twerking.

Those pictures and our face is an evidence of a joyous moment, after all the moment we had, it was time to return to different destination. Heading home safely after the fun hangout with my Steemit friends. Looking forward to the next one hangout.
