The Dairy game 8/6/2024 how i spent my weekend at home.

I will love to relate wit my friends on all my today's activities. Hope your day went well as mine.

Today is weekend i woke up early today say my morning prayers brush my teeth and had a little coffee to kick start my beautiful day.

For the past few days it been raining and the weather is extremely cold so today i wanted to make something that suit the weather for my family.

After arranging the room i headed to the kitchen to do some dishes and also clean the kitchen.

We had pepper soup wit white rice in the morning after house chores the weather was cold so the pepper soup was just right to suit the moment.

I have this thought of making Nigerian moi moi for my family so today was just a perfect day to try it out and it also weekend i normally do some changes in our meals or weekends.

I had all my ingredients and everything other essential things that i will be needing in places so i dint have to go to the market.
The i started wit my beans.

I selected my beans and sure they are freed from sand and chaft then proceeded in using water yo peels of the skin.
I neatly washed and kept it aside.

Then i added my pepper onion and crayfish inside the already washed beans for a smooth blending.

I will be using leaves to wrap them. So I boiled hot water soaked the to leave inside and cleaned it thoroughly to get ride of all the dirt in it then set it aside for letter.

I blended my beans into a smoothie then add other ingredients like.

• meat stock
• oil
• and seasonings
  Stir it very well and start wrapping them.

I was done wit the wrapping in less than an our then add a little water and leave it to simmer.

30 minutes time my moi moi was ready to my served. I allow it to release the heat by leaving the pot cover open so i can get my desired shape.

This can be eaten with pap or any other food like rice it depends on how you like to eat yours.

I had laundry to do but the weather was not friendly so i have decided to do it some other time.

I didn't go out today so everything i did today was at home and i enjoyed every bit of it. That is how beautiful my today was.
