Contest - Who is Qatar World Cup Champion? Is it Brazil or France?

I'm very happy joining this amazing contest, I like the topic very much. It's all about football, the contest is organized by @amryksr. You can find all details here

The challenge is pretty good, all you need to do is to answer some questions related to football as I will be presenting below. Your answers should describe, for example, how football has become your passion in life.

Do you like the world cup, if so which team is your favorite team

The 2022 World Cup started in Qatar last Sunday, with the best national teams. All are competing for the title of world cup champion.
As a big fan of football, that was an opportunity for me to express my passion as presented in my first introduction blog in Steemit.

Also, in parallel I'm posting a daily report presenting the results, the up/downs for each team and my diaries as a student with a full schedule all day and trying to find a time slot to watch matches with my classmates (I've already get my first two warnings this week at school)

Don't miss today's matches in groups E and F, the second matche of the Atlas lions "Morocco" is today against Belgium, good luck to my country and may the best one win. All the best to Morocco, we draw against Croatia in the first matche which is a very good result taking into account that Croatia is the vice champion.

Who is your favorite player in the team you champion

I'm a big fan of Morocco by nature, my favorite player is Achraf Hakimi

He plays for French Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain with Lionel Messi and for Morocco national team. He mainly plays as a right-back, although he occasionally also plays as an attacking full-back. Known for his speed, runs and goal scoring ability, he is regarded as one of the best right-backs in world football

Not only Achraf is my favorite one but also Yassine Bounou

He is also known as Bono, is a Moroccan professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for La Liga club Sevilla and the Morocco national team. He spent most of his career in Spain, making over 100 La Liga appearances for Girona and Sevilla, and 56 in Segunda División for Zaragoza and Girona. He won the UEFA Europa League for Sevilla in 2020.

Will the team you champion win the world cup title, or survive to what phase

I'm supporting my Morocco by nature, we are doing good until now, draw with the vice champion Croatia is not given to every team, we can say that we are in a very skilled and well performing group with Belgium and Canada. On paper, Croatia and Belgium are the closest ones to be qualified to the next phase of 16 teams. But I believe this is football and it is played during the 90minutes, as it's not yet over, I can always hope that my Morocco might do miracle and be qualified to the next phase and why not go far in this competition.

What is the difference between the Qatar world cup and the previous world cup

This is a huge question, I don't know what to start with, Qatar did everything to succeed in this version of the world cup. I'm really very impressed as this is the first time an Arab country organize such a big event.
Since 2010 when it was announced that Qatar will be hosting the World cup 2022, Qatar didn't stop working following FIFA's rules to be ready on time.

1. Infrastructure: Stadiums, hotels and airports, telecommunication and transportation
They build a new smart city to host this event, renewed airports and build 8 huge stadiums which justify the budget of 220 billions.

Each one of the stadium is a unique story :
stadium 947 (is a recycled one, Qatar is a small country don't need 8 stadiums after the event)
stadium Albayt was designed as a tent to refer to the Arab world traditions in the desert
stadium Tomama was designed like the special hat that qatari people wear
stadium of the south was designed like a pearl, its inspiration for the aesthetic was the flowing shape of a dhow sailing boat as well as traditional Arabian pearl diving and a fishing vessel.

2. Hosting period We are used to the world cup during summer but this time it's planned in November/December because of the extreme summer heat in the desert country’s climate

3. Distance between stadiums I heard that distance between stadiums is between 5 and 74kilometers which means that supporters and fans can attend many matches in the same day

4. Hospitality and generosity Qatar offers some drinks (Arabic coffee), snacks (date) and a special gift during the opening ceremony to all audience

Talking about the difference, we should also mention some negative things that is happening in parallel.
5. Unprecedented repression This is the first time that a host country get a huge repression against the organization of this event (corruption, LGBT, Islamic nation and alcohol, human rights record, etc...)
