GENDER EQUALITY

Friends, gender equality is a term that has been used in many different ways throughout history. Today, it is often used to describe the equality of men and women in society. This can be seen in the way that women are not treated differently from men, or that women and men are allowed to choose what they want to do with their lives.

Men and women have the same rights and privileges and are allowed to do whatever they want in the world. Gender equality is something that is needed in every country in the world because it helps bring equality to all people. There are many different ways to create gender equality, such as increasing women's rights and education, increasing the amount of females in high-ranking positions, or even allowing women to serve in combat.

ROLE OF GENDER EQUALITY

Gender plays a very important role in our everyday life. There are many factors that contribute to gender, such as society, culture, and biology. Gender is also not just one thing, it is a combination of many different things. The way we dress, the way we act, the way we speak all play a role in how society views us as men or women. In our daily lives we see these things and subconsciously start to adopt these behaviors into our own.

Gender is a concept that has been a part of our everyday life for centuries. It affects the way we think, feel, and behave. We grow up with certain expectations of what it means to be a man or woman, and these expectations are reinforced through media, culture, and society. Gender is also important because it impacts our ability to work, earn money, and provide for ourselves.

It's easy to think that gender is something that we are born with, but in reality it is a social construct. There are more than two genders and they are not necessarily one-to-one. Gender has a huge impact on our everyday life, as it shapes the world we live in. There are many different ways to define gender, but the most common definition is that gender is socially constructed, which means that it is not inherent in someone's body.

GENDER TO GENEDER ROLE OR FUNCTION IN MY COUNTRY

In Pakistan, there are many differences in the role and function of men and women. Men are seen as the breadwinners of the family while women are expected to be homemakers. Men are responsible for building and maintaining the home while women are responsible for taking care of the children. The roles are much more blurred in modern times, but there is still a huge difference in the opportunities that men and women have.

I would like to tell you about my experiences in my family women are not allowed to work outside. There is only job which allows for women in my family and that is teaching. My mother is also a housewife and my father earns money to run a household. Every culture has its own norms, rules, and traditions that differ from one gender to the next. In Pakistan, women are expected to be more conservative than men.

Women are also expected to cover their hair and wear more modest clothing. Men are expected to be more comfortable with their bodies and not worry about what they wear. Women are expected to dress in a way that does not attract unwanted attention from the opposite sex. Men should dress in a way that is appropriate for the occasion

With the passage of time women are getting modern in Pakistan they also have equal rights in every field of life at this time women are working in every sector of country. There are also some NGOs working to get the equal rights for women. Women also equally participate in politics but in the end we can say there are so many differences between the genders in Pakistan from the way they dress to how they spend their time. The most important difference is the way they work.

IN OTHER COUNTRIES

Gender roles are changing in many countries, but it is important to note that gender roles differ from country to country. While in many countries, women are gaining more rights and becoming more independent, in other countries, women are still considered to be inferior and have less rights than men. Some countries have more gender equality than others and some have less. In the United States, gender roles have changed greatly over the past few decades. Women have gained many rights and opportunities that they did not have before.

There are many factors that influence the way a society views the genders. In countries where gender roles are changing, it is important to note that these changes are not going to happen overnight. Gender roles vary from region to region, but some of the most notable changes include the ability for women to work outside of the home and for women to start businesses. These are just a few of the many changes that have occurred in recent years.

In the western countries the gender gap is quite large. There are more women than men in the workforce, with women making up the majority of college graduates. However, in countries like India, Pakistan, Afghanistan etc there are more men than women in the workforce and a smaller percentage of women than men with college degrees. In such countries there is a trend of young girls staying at home to help their parents raise children while their brothers go out to work. It is important to look at the culture of each country and how it affects the gender gap.

hola querido amigo @malikusman1,

Thank you mam for your precious and valuable comment on my post.

It is necessary for both women and men to contribute towards the progress of their country. As in Pakistan women are also allowed to work beyond some limit and they can also participate in the progress of the country and the similar case with other countries they have their own culture so according to their culture they can also participate towards the progress of their country

Yes you are very right my dear brother thank you so much for coming to my post and for your comment.

Hello friend @malikusman1 👋

I agree with you, the culture of each country makes a difference in the roles of each gender, it is common to see countries where the woman is dedicated merely to housework and childcare while the man is responsible for supporting the child. home.

Fortunately, there are also many countries where women enjoy equal rights and obligations, household chores and childcare is a shared job and women can hold relevant positions at the labor level.

It has been a pleasure to read your participation, greetings

Thank you sufyan bhai jan for your comment and time on my post. I really appriciate it.

Impressive right up by your side as always. You have truly explained the bitter differences that the women are facing in our country, not only in our's but all around the world.

Men and women have the same rights and privileges and are allowed to do whatever they want in the world.

You are very right here. Male and female are actually two pillars of a building and the building cannot stand in equilibrium without any of them.

Thanks a lot for sharing with us. Best if luck.

Hi @malikusman1 . It is very notable that in your country, women's roles are limited, and are part of her beliefs. Which I respect. Well, although women on the other side of the world have many more roles and even so they are good housewives, good mothers, good wives and good professionals.
Thank you for share your oppinion with us.

Cheers

Saludos!

Thank you for reading my post and for your beautiful comment.

con gusto amigo! feliz dia

You're so true by telling about the several factors that contribute to the determination of genders not only through the biological one. Excellent and nice publication friend. Regards.

Thank you for the comment.

Gender roles are changing in many countries, but it is important to note that gender roles differ from country to country.

You are right my friend. This gender equality really differ from country to country.
But I think in the developed countries, is far far better then Africa here.
Here in Africa, our understanding when it comes to gender equality is very bad honestly Which shouldn’t be the case.
Thanks for sharing.
You really did well in explaining all the questions in the contest.
I wish you all the best in the contest.
Greetings
