EVALUATE YOURSELF

Every once in a while I think it’s imperative for us to evaluate our current status and trajectory. You know, just to make sure we are who we are and doing what we believe we ought to be, right? The things we know to be true now could change in an instance; however, one infallible truth, for me, is that we must always strive for growth and development. Like seeds, mammals, for example their growth is done out of sight.
Sometimes along our path we wander in what directions the universe didn’t intend on us to explore. Sometimes we simply become lost, and perhaps misguided by our own souls curiosities towards distractions that aren’t truly meant for us to indulge in, and that’s okay.
Sometimes we stored feelings because we don’t know what to do with them. We carry these weight upon ourselves, while navigating through faint maps attempting to find our way back to ourselves.
We become weary and desire giving up while simultaneously having hope that things will get better, lighter, easier somehow, and that hope, and desire will navigate us to our paths. Yes, it’s possible and it happens, but we need to be able to identify our path. I also wants us to understand that we might take the same route but have different destinations in life.
Please excuse me while I retreat, revise, and reinvent as I prepare to enter the next chapter of my life.
